The next day, everything had went like they every day lives. In the morning, Scarlet, Yuki, Zero, and along with all the day class students had their classes. In the afternoon after the class, they would all headed to the gate of the night class dorm for all different reasons. The day class students went there to look at the night class students, while the three disciplinary committees went there to stop them from being anarchist, and today was no different, if not being even worse.
"Oh my Go- Zero, please help me here!" Yuki shouted to Zero who was standing under the tree watching her doing her job on her own, as she was trying very hard to hold all the day class students down without being pushed down herself. "She's calling for you, you know." Scarlet nonchalantly said as she also was leaning back on the tree watching Yuki working hard to not being pushed by the day class students. "Why are you not going there yourself?" Zero asked turning to look at her raising his eyebrow. "Because it's not my time yet, and it'll be better if you're the one to help her too, right?" She asked back returning his look with her own emotionless look. Zero's eyebrow twitched slightly but then sighed. Running a hand through his hair, he involuntarily walked to help Yuki. Scarlet just silently watched and inwardly smirk at her victory. She knew that Zero would never let Yuki work hard alone, at least he never wanted to leave her alone.
"Okay everyone be quiet! The event hasn't even started yet and you guys are already..." Zero shouted and sighed as he stood beside Yuki who quickly turned to look at him. "Oh, Zero. Thank God. You should've come sooner." Yuki complained to him yet still smiled at him. "Why did you not ask Scarlet for help rather than asking me?" He asked back looking at her quite annoyed, after all he had come to her anyways. "W-well... I can't really ask her now after what happened last night, right?" She answered in a low voice to him, looking down. It was good that Zero could actually hear her, so he just sighed without saying anything else.
"Anyway... It sure is even more crowded today..." Yuki said as she looked at the day class students who almost filled the road to the night class dorm. "Must be because of that Xocolat day..." Zero simply answered nonchalantly looking away from the crowds. "Tomorrow will be tough." Yuki sighed knowing how well the next day would be even worse than today. "Don't worry I'll help out tomorrow too." Zero mumbled lowly under his breath not looking at her, but she could hear him clear enough and she smiled to him. "Thanks, Zero."
"Ehem... Sorry to disturb you two... But it's time already." The two turned their head to find Scarlet was standing in front of them. The two's cheeks flushed slightly but quickly regained their composures. "Scarlet, is it alright for you to be here now?" Yuki asked looking at her with her worried eyes. Scarlet nodded her head. "Yeah, nothing to worry about." She put her hand on top of Yuki's head, petting it gently. "Hey, I'm older than you." Yuki said pouting slightly as she let Scarlet's pet her head. "Nonsense. You just came earlier than me, but we are of the same age." Scarlet brushed it off as she kept on petting her head playfully. Before Yuki could complain again, she pulled her hand away and turned to look at the gate. "That's aside, we have work to do." She said still with her emotionless face, and as in cue, the gates were opened.
Just like usual, the screams could be heard through the way. "OK, no one get pass through the line, or the event tomorrow will be canceled." Zero threatened the students as he saw they had began pushing again. "Noo...!" Some of the girls screamed disagreeing with Zero. "Then just listen to him and don't even let your feet get out of the line." Scarlet said nonchalantly even without looking at them. "These two combos are just too impossible...!" Some of the students groaned. Yuki just laughed at the comment nervously. She sure glad that the two had helped her, but she was concern for the two, in many ways. She then saw that the night class students had walked to of the gate, creating more squeals from the day class student.
"Good afternoon, everyone~! I thank you again today for always greeting us everyday!" Aido greeted cheerfully as he waved to the day class students, but then soon his smile disappeared for a moment when his eyes caught on with Scarlet. "Uh..." He muttered slowly as he walked to her. Scarlet looked at him confused, though not really showing it on her face. "How're you feeling, Scarlet-chan? I'm sorry for what I've done last night." He apologized to her looking really guilty as he took her hands in his. Scarlet blinked at his actions and she could hear the girls behind her were all shouting, and yelling at her, though she did not really care about it. "I'm alright. You don't have to worry about it Aido-senpai." She simply said as she looked down at her hands which were still being held. "Now, would you please let go of my hands before the girls sucked up my blood dry?" She asked sarcastically, yet half-jokingly, only to let him go of her hands. Aido looked at her and blinked before he laughed and let go of her hands. "Alright, then. It seems like you're really alright already. Well, I'm still sorry for what I did. I didn't really mean to do it." He apologised once again before he walked to the group. "Oh, right! Don't forget my chocolate tomorrow ok, Scarlet-chan!" He lastly added before joining the other night class students. Scarlet twitched her eye slightly and watched him walk away without saying anything and then she saw Kaname had looked at her, so she just bowed her head slightly before he left to the classroom with the other night class students.

"So, Yuki, are you going to make a chocolate for someone?" Scarlet asked bored as she leaned her head on her palm which was resting on the window's ledge. She turned her head from the window to look at Yuki, whose face had flushed pink slightly. "W-well... I'm thinking of making one for K-Kaname-senpai..." She answered shyly as she fidgeted on her seat. "Hee..." Scarlet watched her before turning to look back at the window. "Figured." She whispered quietly. "What about you, Scarlet?" Yuki asked back looking at her, her face had returned to their normal color. "Hmm... Not sure." She simply replied. She did not lie, though. She really did not know whether she would make a chocolate or not. "You're not going to make one for Zero too?" She asked again turning back to look at Yuki again. "Huh? Zero? Hmm, maybe I'll make one for him too. Why?" She asked giving her and innocent smile. "Oh nothing, just asking. Don't you better start now then?" She turned her head to look at the time and Yuki followed. "Oh, it's already this late. Well, I'll be going now then, Scarlet!" She stood up and waved to Scarlet before leaving the room. "Good luck." Scarlet encouraged before Yuki closed the door.
Scarlet sat on her seat still looking out of the window again. It was dark already. They had done their duty that night, and because there was no commotion, thankfully, they could finish it sooner. Zero had returned to his room too, as Scarlet had decided to stay up with Yuki in the headmaster's office, having a tea together, well just Yuki since she was not really fond of something bitter. So, she instead had her share of hot chocolate. "Oh, you're still here, Scarlet?" She turned her head as she heard the headmaster's voice and what she saw was indeed him. "Headmaster." She replied simply. "It's father, right, Scarlet? Geez... Why both you and Yuki don't want to call me father? I'm so sad." He wailed as he faked tears. "You know that's not going to work with me, Headmaster." Scarlet replied rolling her eyes as she emphasis more on the last part, purposively. "Ahh~ you're so cold even to your own father, Scarlet." He had yet to give up. Walking to what once Yuki's seat, he sat down across her. "Are you not going to make any chocolates for tomorrow?" He asked looking at her giving her a gentle smile, a fatherly one.
Scarlet looked straight at him before opening her mouth. "Oh? So does it mean it is alright for me to give one to someone? Yuki has planned to give someone chocolate too, though. Are you sure, father?" She asked him, knowing how well he would react, yet she still asked it after all and with her emotionless face too. "Really?! My Yuki will give someone a chocolate?! Who is it???" He asked both excited yet also somewhat anxious. He after all was a protective father who loved his children dearly. "Well, it is not my place to answer it of course." She simply answered nonchalantly looking back outside the window. "You should've known it already too, though." She added.
Kaien looked at one of his daughters and he smiled gently. "You sure have not changed, have you, Scarlet?" He spoke to her warmly as he lifted up his cup of tea he had brought with him. Scarlet did not answer nor did she turned to look at him for a while before she spoke. "If what you mean by me have been having a dark coloured heart then that might be true." Kaien looked at her quite surprised at what she said. "Huh? What do you mean? I mean of course by you having such a caring heart." He told her truthfully. "I had never been one though?" Scarlet turned to look at him confused. "Oh, no, I could tell, and everyone else could also." His smile widen as he stood up having finished his tea. He pat her head gently before he walked to the door. "You should sleep soon if you don't plan to make any chocolate then, Scarlet. Or maybe you can make one for your dear father~?" He said hoping and reading her and earned a rolling eyes from his daughter. He just laughed it off before he closed the door behind him. "Good night, Scarlet."

"What is that?" Little Scarlet asked pointing to the dark coloured heart in young Kaname's hand. "Do you not know about chocolate, Scarlet?" Kaien asked looking at his little daughter surprised. "Syo..syokola?" Scarlet raised her eyebrow as she was having a hard time pronouncing it. "No, no... It's a chocolate. Cho-co-late." Kaien repeated waving his finger. "Xocolat...?" Scarlet tried again but was still wrong. "No, no... Uh..." Kaien face palmed as he found it hard to teach this one girl to talk. At first time, she did not even speak at all and she did not know anything, even though, she was not a baby or toddler. Then, there was a chuckle came from the young boy. "It's chocolate, Scarlet." He tried to correct her. "Xocolat." Scarlet repeated, but somehow still did not sound right. "Chocolate?" Kaname tried again. "Yes, xocolat!" Scarlet pouted getting annoyed already. That only made Kaname laughed even more. "Alright, alright. It's xocolat." He pat her head as he smiled at her. "Kaname-kun! Don't mislead her!" Kaien scolded Kaname for not correcting her. "Hmm?" Scarlet just tilted her head to him innocently.
"Then, what is this xocolat for? It's not a heart?" She asked even more, looking at the chocolate. "It is just a heart shaped chocolate. It is given to someone you care about and love on this day, the St. Valentine's Day." Kaname explained to her but it seemed like to make her even more confused as she frowned trying to understand his words. "Saint... Val... day? What? Why not St. Xocolat's Day? Since it's a day to give xocolat around right?" That made Kaname laughed even more. "Oh my... St. Xocolat's Day. It might be a good name for the event in this academy, headmaster." He suggested to Kaien who almost immediately took his idea. "Yeah! That might be good in this academy! Since St. Valentine's Day is just too extreme already, no?" He nodded, agreeing to his own opinion. "What? Are you serious, headmaster? Kaname-sama too?" Little Yuki now spoke up her mind surprised that the two had decided such things. "I-is it bad?" Scarlet asked quite scared as Yuki suddenly raised her voice. "What? N-no, no... I don't mean it like that... uh..." Yuki tried to calm Scarlet down. She sure did not want her to cry or anything worse than that. Scarlet just nodded her head understanding, and Yuki sighed in relief.
"So, who gave xocolat to Kaname?" Scarlet asked again turning back to look at Kaname. "Oh, it's from Yuki." He answered honestly smiling to her. "Yuki?" Scarlet turned to look at her adoptive sister and saw her cheeks flushed slightly. "So, Yuki loves Kaname?" Scarlet asked and that only made her blushed more. "W-well... Y-yeah... Kaname-sama had saved my life after all." Yuki tried to answer to make her sound as normal as she could. "Oh, then I love Kaname too!" Scarlet beamed as she turned to look at Kaname who seemed taken aback by her sudden confession, but then just laughed about it. "Why, thank you, Scarlet." He said patting her head which made her smiled brightly. "Noo! Kaname-kun! You can't take my daughters from me!" Kaien wailed as he heard both of her daughters just confessed to Kaname, and they were still children at that. "Oh, but I also love father and Yuki! And Zero too, although he might not love me as well." Scarlet said looking down as she thought about Zero. "Oh, no, no, dear. Zero definitely cares about you too, Scarlet." Kaien comforted her giving a gentle smile. "Really?" Scarlet looked up at her adoptive father hopefully. Kaien nodded and her face brighten. "Then I'm gonna ask Zero to give me xocolat!" She innocently beamed, confusing and surprising the other three in the room. Then they just understood it after a while. "Wait, Scarlet. The girls are supposed to be the one to give chocolate on Valentine's Day." It was Yuki who spoke up now, trying to correct the misunderstanding.
"What? Why is that? That is unfair! Then I won't be able to get any?" Scarlet protested as she pouted signing that she was annoyed. "It's St. Xocolat's Day! So everyone has to give to the people they care and love, so it will be fair!" She exclaimed stubbornly. "You say it just because you want to receive it, right?" Yuki asked giggling, knowing well her adoptive sister. Scarlet's pouted cheeks were dusted in pink, but she did not argue with what Yuki said. "Well, do you want to eat mine then?" Kaname asked offering the chocolate in his hand. "Huh? But isn't that from Yuki?" She asked turning to look at the chocolate then to Yuki and saw that somehow Yuki's expression had fell. That made her somehow felt guilty. "Yes, but-" Before Kaname could speak more, she immediately cut it off. "No, it's ok! I'll just ask father to make one for me then! Will you, father?" She looked up to look at him who seemed pretty surprised. Kaien looked down at her and saw how her eyes had something in it. He then smiled warmly before he answered, "Yes, of course, dear. I'll also make for Yuki, and Zero. Do you want to help me make them, Scarlet?" He asked and she immediately nodded her head. "Sure!"
