"Here we go... Tuna carpaccio garnished with tomato and parsley. My style. And filet of beef with whole vegetables and cream, my style! My own creations! My very own~!" The headmaster of the Cross Academy, Kaien Cross sang in the early of morning, as he served the breakfast for his three children, who were sitting at the dining table. He kept on singing and dancing happily as he went away to take something else.

"He summoned me this early of morning for this?" Zero sighed as he looked at the food in front of him with bored and sleepy expression. "I can't agree more." Scarlet joined in as she yawned. She was never a morning person after all, so it kind of annoyed her somehow. Though, it looked like it did not affect her adoptive sister, as she just ate the food innocently and said, "Hmm... Calling it his own creation is a bit too far, I guess." Zero and Scarlet both gave her a look. "That's not what I'm talking about." Yuki tilted her head slightly, asking, "Huh? What is it?" Scarlet just sighed as the answer, and the three of them turned their head as they heard, "Alright, say 'cheese'!"

Zero quickly brought his chopsticks which has a bulldog of potato on it to the front, covering his face. Scarlet quickly brought her hand up to cover her own face as well, while Yuki just closed her eyes as the flash of the camera was on after Kaien pressed the button. "Say... What's with you all of a sudden?!" Zero barked as he got annoyed already. Kaien though calmly replied as the photo was out from the camera. "It's a commemorative photo." Scarlet raised an eyebrow to him. "Today is the day you carry out your duties not as a Guardians, but as a true members of Disciplinary Committee. It's a day to celebrate." He gave the three a bright and innocent smile as he took out the photo and showed to the three. "Huh?!" All three of them replied confused.

Meanwhile, in the night class dorm...

"Unannounced dorm inspection?!" Hanabusa asked disbelieved. "I see. Thank you, Seiren." Kaname turned to look at the short, and purple haired girl behind him who bowed respectfully to him. "Seriously... You can't predict what that Headmaster's gonna do." Ruka complained crossing her arms in front of her chest. "Fine by me. It's not like there's something that we don't want him to see." Akatsuki turned to look at Senri as he spoke. "That's right... When it's spur of the moment, you can see how things usually are." Takuma joined in as he enjoyed his morning tea. "Ichijo-san... You didn't put away your underpants that you left on the floor." Senri turned to look behind him to see Takuma, still with his stoic expression. Takuma laughed softly. "It's okay. It's silk of the highest quality, sewn by top tailor. Those underpants can be left anywhere, and I wouldn't be embarrassed." He gave a big and bright smile, looking very proud. "That's not the problem, is it?" Ruka furrowed her eyebrows looking at him, disbelieved. Hanabusa just yawned as they spoke, then Akatsuki came to his ear and whispered, "Listen. Hanabusa." He began receiving a look from the sleepy Hanabusa. They then walked to Hanabusa's room.

"What's it, Akatsuki? I'm sleepy." Hanabusa complained as Akatsuki opened the door. He then moved to Hanabusa and pinned him to the wall. "Hanabusa, I won't say anything. Just let go of them." He told him seriously. "Them?" Hanabusa asked confusedly. Akatsuki then turned his head to look at what was behind him. "Even junk can look intimidating when lined up like this." He sighed moving away from Hanabusa as he looked at all the broken things, that could be called junks, that were collected by Hanabusa, with a look of disbelieved and concern. "Hey, what're you calling junk?" Hanabusa protested putting his hands on his hips. "That is my collection of precious items that were sacrificed when the Dorm President manifested his extraordinary power." He proudly exclaimed, too proud that it seemed like his nose had grew longer. Akatsuki took one of the said collections and commented again, "Even a used fork, huh?" He then turned to him, still looking at the bended fork. "Hanabusa... What if the Dorm President find these?" He asked and Hanabusa had quickly snatched the bended fork from him, looking annoyed. "I keep this collection out of respect and reverence for him." He defended himself, before he asked, looking at Akatsuki suspiciously, "Oh, or could it be that you want it? Well, too bad!" He turned to look away from him and immediately froze in place while Akatsuki answered him, "I don't want it." Then he turned too and was surpised as well.

"D-Dorm President Kuran!" Hanabusa called as he faced him. There stood on the door was Kaname, looking menacing, yet he still gave Hanabusa a smile as he spoke, "Aido, I want to speak to you about the Moon Dormitory's privacy rules." He narrowed his eyes slightly yet still wearing the smile on his face. "Y-You've got it wrong, Dorm President. These are..." Hanabusa backed off as he tried to explain, looking scared and nervous. Akatsuki just face palmed. Kaname's lips then curved up slightly on the one side of it, smirking a little and soon after that the lamps in his room broke. Akatsuki looked up, surprised, then turned to look at Hanabusa, but he was not where he was before. Instead, he was already on the floor, catching all the broken glasses. "Yet another treasure..." He beamed happily before Akatsuki sighed and he realized it. He looked back up to Kaname and got even more nervous and scared. Akatsuki silently walked out of his room before he could hear the high pitch scream and a crash from his room.

Back to the three disciplinary committee members, they had started working their duty of the day class dorm inspection. Yuki sighed as she had collected a lot of photo albums of the night class students which were taken secretly by the day class students. Many of them protested, but there was no excuse as it was not even a good thing to do, so without no exception, all photo albums of the night class were confiscated, including the one Zero had taken from their class president. She then proceed to bring them away even after all the words from the students to her. "Sure, I understand why they'd want to take secret photos... They're all so beautiful after all..." She sighed as she looked at some photos that she had confiscated. "The vampires..." She added in her mind. She shook her head to brush off her mind and proceed to took the confiscated items away when she found Zero was sitting under the tree outside again like usual, ditching his duty. "Geez... Zero's ditching off again." She sighed again before she took the items away quickly.

Zero, meanwhile, was sitting under the shade of the tree outside when he felt his throat was asking for a certain liquid. Zero looked down to his hand which was holding out a box of blood tablet. "Zero! You skipped out again!" He heard Yuki's voice and he quickly hid the box inside his blazer's pocket as he stood up. Yuki who was behind him saw his movement, but did not really see what he had hidden from her. "I'm done here." He said casually like there was nothing as he walked away with his hands in his pants' pocket. Yuki just watched him leave quietly before she caught up to him and walked with him to the Moon Dormitory. Unknown to the two, there was someone else watching what had unfolded from above the tree.

"We've never been inside the Moon Dormitory before... It makes you feel nervous, right?" Yuki asked but Zero said nothing as he just walked passed the gate. Inside, they met the old gate keeper who Yuki thought looked pretty scary. "Huh?" The gate keeper asked looking at the two with a frown. "Um... Well..." Yuki began, unsure on what to say. "Disciplinary Committee, right? Go on through." The gate keeper simply said letting the two passed through. Zero calmly and cooly walked pass him and Yuki followed from behind as she watched him carefully, having something in her mind.

"Oh, that's right!" Yuki suddenly spoke as he walked to just stop in front of Zero. "Hmm?" He stopped as well looking at her confused. "Before we go inside to the Moon Dormitory, show me what you put in your pocket earlier." She turned to look at him, her hands on her hips. Zero looked at her surprised before he looked away from her, not saying anything, nor he took it out from his pocket. "You hid something, right?" She pointed at him accusingly. "As a Disciplinary Committee you shouldn't break the rules yourself." She added. "Well, I think it is not right to pester on someone else's business, no, Yuki?" Scarlet suddenly spoke up as he walked to them. "Scarlet...Oh!" Yuki fumbled as she was about to take the thing in Zero's pocket when she turned to look at Scarlet. Zero's eyes widen and he quickly moved to catch her, causing the both of them to fall with Yuki on top of Zero. Zero sighed in relief but felt something and as he was about to pushed her away and lectured her, Yuki had gotten up herself with the box in her hand. "I got it!" She giggled as she gave him a wink. "Is it a medicine?" She asked innocently as she looked at it, but quickly was snatched back by Zero who had stood up. "It's none of your business." He stated coldly before walking away from her. "Zero, wait! Where're you going?!" She got up and chased after him. "Hey, are you not feeling well?"

"Take everything out." Kaname ordered as he leaned on the wall with his arms crossed in front of him. "If I put on muscles... The agency will be mad." Senri commented with his stoic voice and face as he carried a box out from Hanabusa's room, followed by Takuma. "Modelling isn't easy, is it?" He replied with his usual smile on his face as the two left Hanabusa weeping on the carpet inside his room. "Oh... My collection!" He mumbled between his sobs. "Don't hold it against me, Hanabusa." Akatsuki lastly said as he took another box out. Kaname turned to look outside the window as he heard all the commotion and watched everything from above. "I think I just saw the Disciplinary Committees left just now." Senri said as he walked back to Hanabusa's room. "I guess the inspection is canceled, then?" Takuma joined in as he followed from behind. "What?!" Hanabusa quickly got up and ran to the window and stood beside Kaname to look out to see whether it was right or not. "How could they? And after destroying my tiny piece of happiness!" He grumbled before Kaname turned to look at him and he got tense again all of a sudden before walking back to his room slowly bowing his head down to him. Kaname just frowned looking at him before he returned his gaze to the outside.

Scarlet sighed as she also looked at two, one running after the other one who walked away from the gate. "Wait, Zero! You can't just leave without telling anyone!" Yuki shouted to him from the gate but Zero ignored her and kept on walking down the stairs that would lead him to the town. "What'll I do? Tell the Headmaster?" She pondered in her mind for a while before she decided that she would just chase after him. Scarlet saw what she had done and sighed even more before she looked up and saw that Kaname was watching it all from above. "He did not even know I'm still here..." She muttered in her mind, her eyes fell. Looking back to the road, Scarlet had made up her mind, and so she dashed off, to the opposite way from where the two had left.
