The Landlord Veronica and her wife Anri have eloped in their 20's after running away from home. Veronica ended up inheiriting the apartment complex from her abusive father died. Her father was a horrible, nasty man who never cared about her. He never provided for her in any way and always beat her after coming home drunk late at night. As Veronica grew older, she grew wiser and managed to avoid him making her own money working part time and hiding her money. She never stayed at home and stayed at school or the library when she wasn't working. Sometimes she slept outside at the park near the apartment or at a friend's home. One friend in particular was her best friend, Anri. Veronica and Anri was really close. They were always together and they were also very intimate. As they got older, Anri declared her love for Veronica and surprisingly, their love was mutual. 

 A few weeks later, Veronica planned to move into Anri's studio apartment one night and tried to sneak home to collect her things and money. She and Anri sneaked into the bedroom and Anri accidently slipped and knocked lotion all over the floor. Veronica wasn't aware that there was lotion on the floor and as she took one step forward, she slipped and fell dragging Anri along and slammed onto the floor. The noise was enough to wake up Veronica's dad and he went into the room where the girls were. "You leave home for a month and now you dare to sneak back like a rat!" Veronica whispered to Anri the location of where she kept her money and got up. "Hey dad, I never liked being here! This was never my home. You never did anything for me and i am leaving for good! I'm never coming back here!" Her father looked at her with fury and just before he could say anything, She flipped him off as she and Anri slipped towards the door. Anri with a bag of Veronica's belongings left the house while Veronica stayed back for a quick second to flip her dad off. "Oh by the way, I'm fucking gay!"
