Knock! Knock!
“I'm coming,” Agathe said as she stood up to see who to knock on the door of her apartment.
She opened the door without thinking, trying to remember the important event that was supposed to happen today, still very poorly awake.
Before she could understand who had just knocked, she swung back under the forces of the arms that had just surrounded her, crying out:
“Agathe!”
Well, that's it. She remembered what was supposed to arrive today.
A tornado in the person of her girlfriend.
“Héloïse, do you intend to stay like this for a long time, the door is open and everyone can see us...” asked Agathe, embarrassed.
— Yes” she replied, not embarrassed at all.
Abandoning any hope of winning, Agathe began to pat Héloïse's head.
After a few minutes cuddled together, Héloïse finally stood up, satisfied, saying:
“You have no idea how much I missed it...
— I think I do... Now, come in and close the door, please...
— If you will...” sighed Héloïse as they both stood up.
She went to get her luggage and closed the door before seeing the outfit that could only be described as neglected at best, her girlfriend was wearing.
“Say, do you always open the door to anyone dressed like that or is it just for me?
— Shut up, I was sleeping... Agathe sighed while still going to get something more decent to wear.
— You were sleeping at three in the afternoon, on a Monday? Héloïse wondered.
— I don't have class today... I think...
— You spent the night playing again, didn't you?
— And I'm sure you've been doing this every day since you got here?
— I reiterate my previous answer.
— Don't worry, from now on, I'll be there to make sure you sleep properly every night...
— I get enough sleep, that's why classes are there for.
— I am glad I am here...” sighed Héloïse.
While they were discussing, Héloïse observed her, noticing what had changed and what had remained the same as two years ago.
Agatha was a little taller than her, slender too. Her long black hair had grown well during these two years but remained just as badly dressed.
“You grew your hair, too bad, you were so cute with short hair...
— But it was tiring to go to the salon every five minutes... Agathe replied. You, on the other hand, have not changed.
— Still as perfect as ever, I know...
— That's right... That's right...
— Are you questioning my perfection?
— I would never dare to...
— You do well, Héloïse said.
— I know... Agathe sighed.
— Now that you're dressed, although I wouldn't have minded doing it before, I need to catch up these last two years... Héloïse began by slowly getting closer to her girlfriend.
— Don't you want to unpack first? stammer Agathe blushing.
— No way, now that the door is closed, I don't have to hold back anymore...
— Are you sure?...
— Absolutely. I held back for two years, and you promised me a reward if I could get into the same university as you...
— So, you remember that...
— Of course.
— I... I think I have some daily quests to finish... Agathe tried.
— I will help you to do them later, I want my reward, now, Héloïse answered.
— I...
— No I...”
Héloïse slowly approached Agathe, who sighed, resolute in accepting her fate.
After all, it was her idea to get this little reward to motivate her girlfriend to pass the entrance exam and to bring them back together.
She had simply been caught off guard.
Héloïse would be entitled to a kiss if she passed the entrance exam.
Even though they had been dating for three years, Agathe was still not comfortable with this kind of thing.
Héloïse came a little closer.
Agathe sighed again, definitively resigned now, before giving Héloïse her reward.

Later that evening, as they were finishing Agathe's daily quests.
“I'm still very surprised that you passed the entrance exam... said Agathe.
— Who do you think I am? I study, replied Héloïse, slightly offended. Unlike you who only live to do nothing...
— That is not true, let us just say that I reject the commonly held idea that work is health and that I prefer to carry out secondary activities in order to maximize my happiness.
— Yes, that's what I just said... You're lazy.
— That's not true! Agathe replied. When it comes to completing my daily quests, I never slack off.
— It is very surprising considering how much you are reluctant to work on your classes...
— It's not that I'm reluctant to work in class, it's that this is a great environment to sleep in.
— Of course... How many more are you lacking for your quest?
— Thirteen more to go.
— Okay, there's some more, a little further to the left...
— I follow you, answered Agathe. I didn't think you'd choose to do psychology...
— I had to if I wanted to know how to manage you...
— Hey!
— I'm kidding... There was just not much other choice if I wanted to be in the same faculty as you, and there was no chance that I would do the boring course that you did and since psychology had always seemed interesting to me...
— I want to contradict you when you say that computer science is boring, but I have not yet listened in a single class...
— You know, it's almost an achievement to have succeeded in having your first two years like that?
— I know, I'm incredibly intelligent, replied Agathe, without joking.
— That's not exactly what I meant... Héloïse sighed.
— But you love me too much to refute me?
— Yes... she admitted.
— I knew it!” jubilated Agathe.
