Abigail's gaze hardened. She stared intensely at Chloe, their eyes both locked in hidden ferocity. Chloe's eyebrow rose in question, a low chuckle escaping her lips.

"What? Did Isabel not inform you?" She asked mockingly, clearly surprised that despite being so close Isabel would hide such a thing from her own friend.

"No, she didn't." Abigail replied truthfully, her voice quivered in sadness and Chloe's features softened. After everything Abigail had done for her, Isabel didn't have the courage to tell her such crucial information. They were best friends after all yet Isabel still concealed some parts about her. If Isabel had kept this from her, God knows what else was floating in secrecy.

Chloe leaned in and pressed her body against Abigail's, grasping her back comfortingly. "Maybe she was afraid that you wouldn't accept her?" Abigail knew Chloe was trying to make her feel better and she genuinely appreciated that but Isabel had done far worst for Abigail to not accept her. Abigail let out a hum in agreement though she knew that was certainly not the case.

"No offence to you, but I don't really feel comfortable talking about my relationship with her." Chloe meekly spoke out. Abigail pulled back and smiled with all the joy she could gather in her body. She understood completely if Chloe wasn't willing to give out.

"That's fine, honestly. I didn't invite you here to talk about her." Abigail lied, rubbing the back of her neck. "I just wanted to get to know you better." The last part wasn't a lie, she intended to find out the relation between Chloe and Isabel but she also wanted to talk with Chloe one on one.

"Awn, you're so cute." Chloe smiled back, placing a kiss onto Abigail's cheek. Abigail's grin widened in response, pouring more alcohol into Chloe's glass.

"Do you think you'll be able to stay over?" Chloe smirked seductively, removing her jacket and exposing a once-again skimpy top that left very little to the imagination.

"Do you want to get to know me that much?" She winked and funnily enough Abigail's stomach clenched. Abigail got up and headed towards the kitchen. "Okay I'm sorry, I'll definitely stay over." Chloe shouted from the living room, chuckling.

Abigail came back in view with bars of chocolate. "I just realized I need to study for an exam next week." Abigail moaned annoyed and frustrated.

"Is that why you're carrying so much chocolate?" Chloe asked. "I'll help you. What is it for?" Abigail was a little taken aback by her answer. She didn't expect for Chloe to consider staying and helping her revise.

"Biology." Abigail walked over, throwing a bar at Chloe.

"We're in the same grade, surely I can try and help." Chloe murmured, picking up lined paper from the stand. Abigail sat down, watching sharply as Chloe rounded up her hair and tied it into a messy pony tail. "Stop staring at me creep and let's do some work." Abigail rolled her eyes, scooting closer and listening to Chloe.

Abigail had never thought of Chloe as the workaholic type but she was proven wrong. In all honesty Abigail thought Chloe was the type of girl to party and have fun, push all work to the side and procrastinate, Abigail felt bad for thinking of her like that. Chloe could have been passed for an excellent teacher, her explaining held depth yet in a clear way and Abigail had learned so much that she was sure it was stuck in her mind.

Chloe leaned back with a huff and drank the contents of her glass, "That's all done- well not all of it but some." She laughed, exhausted.

"Actually, most. Thank you so much Chloe." Abigail gave her a tight hug, rocking them both back and forth. "What do you want to do now? Anything is fine."

Chloe pouted her lips in thought. "Hmm, anything?" She winked. Abigail shook her head, slapping Chloe's right shoulder.

"Chloe if you don't mind me asking, do you have a boyfriend? Or girlfriend?" Abigail asked curiously.

"No, I don't. I very much like the single life." Chloe sprawled out on the couch, stretching her sore muscles. "Why do you ask? I believe you may have a chance at this." She motioned towards her body.

"Me? I have a chance at that? Gosh I feel so lucky." Chloe let out one of her contagious laugh's, nodding her head. Abigail found happiness in her laughter, it was bubbly and full of life completely different to Isabel's- which was more raspy and seductive.

"Your boyfriend doesn't need to know." Chloe bit her lip and Abigail gasped.

"Are you sure we should do this?"

The two looked at each other and burst out into a fit of chuckles. They knew they weren't being serious, just fooling around. And that's what Abigail loved about Chloe's presence, she could take jokes easily and reply back with the same amount of humor.

Abigail inched forward not aware of the opened wine bottle placed in the middle of them. The bottle tipped over and spilled all onto Chloe's top, making it more see-through than it already was. Abigail grabbed the bottle before it could spill any further.

"Oh my God, I am so sorry!" Abigail croaked out, rushing to the kitchen to find a cloth.

She came back hastily and dabbed the kitchen towel onto Chloe's shirt. "I'll get you another top." Chloe removed her shirt, her upper half in full display.

"You like what you see?" She asked, cupping her breasts over the bra. Abigail mumbled incoherent words whilst rolling her eyes.

"Of course." She replied sarcastically, grabbing her damp, stained shirt and walking away. Abigail thought about the exact same scenario but with Isabel, she would have surely lost all control. But then again, Isabel wouldn't have acted in the same way Chloe did. Knowing Isabel, she would have teased her involuntarily.

Abigail closed the washing machine and ran back up, she heard Chloe's voice booming through. "Someone's at the door, love."

"Can you not open it yourself?" Abigail snapped back.

"I'm not wearing anything now am I?" Abigail's face consorted in confusion. "I mean I'm not wearing a shirt." Abigail chuckled at her quick comment and walked to answer the door.

She turned the handle, her mouth gaping slightly at Isabel's presence at late notice.

"Come back to bed baby." Chloe joked, appearing behind Abigail unaware of Isabel's appearance.

"What the fuck is going on?" Isabel spat with venom, Chloe recognizing the voice and straightening up in realization.
