At my graduation, I was determined to have Jace come. Since Alec would be graduating with me so he would be there regardless. I realized I had begun to start to feel things. I was so happy. I actually thought I finally felt ALIVE!
The Academy colors were a brilliant red and gold pattern. I was wearing a dress because at the last minute Rosie wanted to hang out and dragged me to a mall, she also invited Alice and Shadow. I had fun against my will, went shopping, and hung out with them. It was nice and I wished I could do it again.
They are some of my people from high school. Alice was great and she was the best hunter in our class. Shadow was always there for me and always happened to be in the same places as me, her different color eyes and pure white hair might be a bit intimidating but she is a big sweetheart. Rosie is my favorite, she is pretty in anything she wears, she is the same height as me and she is the sweetest, loyalist, and bravest person I know. She is very considerate of people's feelings and my lack of emotions was how we clicked. It was with her that I met Annie Woelke, and through her, I met Alyssa Hamilton, a very famous artist, who gave me my first place in an official gallery.
I was happy when I received a card from Jace and it wished me the best and an explanation for his absence from my graduation. He scribbled an angelic rune to sign it. It seemed to give off strength to me which I loved. He was at an important meeting and it would last into his next meeting in which he had pushed back to come to my graduation but he was going to leave early. He promised to make it up to me, eventually.
