At the very breath of another being in the atmosphere, the atmosphere itself would suddenly shift to a steady calm, before a passing breeze would come to greet the two visitors. "Welcome to the Veritas," it said with a very sweet, elegant chime, like that of a ringing bell. Only moments later would a woman matching this graceful and elegant voice fade from what looked to be the background of the atmosphere into the foreground, harboring a traditional Chinese gown with sleeves long enough to cover her arms. Her hands would be slipped into either arm opposite the first, and they would come together before her gracefully as the tail-end of her ornate garb, which was a deep royal purple and embroidered with fine gold, would sift off into the background from whence this woman came. Her hair was long and green, yet also transparent, as though a condensation of the wind itself, and sifted also into the background of the atmosphere just as the woman's dress was. Her eyes were closed and her lips, which were a striking green similar in color to her hair, would part softly for a welcoming smile. "May the Wind guide you, travelers." The woman floated before the two of them, waiting to see how she may be of assistance.
The floating woman garbed in the Chinese dress would bow courteously as well, listening deeply and not opening her eyes. "I am Tia, the very Wind itself. I am all that is Wind in the Veritas." As simple an explanation as it was, Tia's very being was actually quite complex and layered, like the atmospheres, themselves. She simply would not speak much of herself nor make too much note of her own qualities, and instead only focus on those of the newcomers after their entrance. "It isn't everyday that we have those of such power enough to even speak to beings like me," she would say, "Not to mention that even know about our Father." Khrona, as they knew him, had many names and many forms, and 'Khrona' was more so a name of familiarity than anything. The fact that anyone would call upon that name was already testament to the fact of companionship, or at least personal and deeper knowledge. That was highly respected here. "On behalf of the entire Veritas, welcome. I shall inform you of this land."
"Where you have stepped forth is the Avisora Paradisia, the Sky Realm. It is the Land of Wind. Here, there are nothing but floating islands that make up the congregation of this land and resting on the many different atmospheres of the Veritas. Many ethereal, celestial or airborne beings make their homes in the Avisora Paradisia, and I, Tia, keep them all sustained and suspended in their respective atmospheric layers. In the higher layers are beings that are more divine and celestial, and in the lower layers are those that are more bird-like." Tia would hover alongside Hinata and Nia as they would descend from where they'd come, keeping to them as a humble escort. "Due to the nature of the landscape, those without special abilities to fly or warp find it difficult to travel, but there are many paths of wind made by me to help even them to move about." The Veritas had a very intricate and complex design which needed deeper explanation to understand the finer workings, which was what each elemental guardian of each realm was for. "The Empyrean Isles, which are the ones residing higher up, also work as lifts for each realm, as they are known to descend upon the actual land masses of the Veritas. From there, those that walk the land may enter the Avisora Paradisia by having the Empyrean Isles that have landed be lifted up into the Sky Realm again." This was only a little tidbit, but likely enough of a synopsis about this land, specifically.
The end of the spiraling wind tunnel would be at the edge of the Cloud City, Kumo Q, which encompassed many layers of the Sky Realm. It covered many of the solid land masses of the Avisora Paradisia, yet also rested above many of the solid land masses that were closer to the actual earth below. As a city of clouds, it was filled with a rolling mist line below the feet, yet held a certain solidity to it once the feet touched the ground. The very clouds would compress to ensure that those who stepped onto the Cloud City would not fall straight down. It would feel like a marshmallowy cushion to the soles of the feet; soft and plush, nearly like dough.
In the distance, there would be many different physical structures built atop the clouds that supported them just the same as they would any person's physical body stepping upon the clouds, with a thin mist line rolling just below each and every surface. Some buildings were made of cloud and some of wind, which were different from those that were actually physical housing. These sorts of houses floated lucidly in the air and were homes to many elemental beings, whilst the physical houses were homes to the physical beings.
"After you," Tia would say, her body swirling back into quasicorporeal physicality at the very end of the wind tunnel.
"The Veritas is about as free-roam as one can get," Tia would begin to speak now to Hinata whilst waiting for a response from Nia. Though she was speaking to Hinata the entire time, the statement prior was directed toward Nia. "The more you interact with your surroundings, the better. The more deeply you indulge in the intricacies of the land in all its forms, the more fun you will have, and the more interesting things become." There were many secrets and functions to the Veritas that were all necessary to be explored thoroughly in order to get the full experience, but as it stood, Tia would only give the most minor synopsis, as part of the tour. "Each land in the Veritas is ruled by a God or Goddess, normally referred to as a 'Peace,' which ensures that things are perpetually kept in motion and that Peace is kept within the Veritas in all its layers. Where, in the Dawn, there are many elemental and natural deities to deal with, in the lower levels of the Veritas, there is more diversity in architecture, environmen, culture, style and management of every single layer." Granted, one would have to thoroughly and deeply explore every one in order to fully grasp it, but as it stood, this was the general synopsis.
"It is to be noted that every last inch of the Veritas is alive, and therefore will respond like a living being." That was important for knowing how to treat the Veritas, and to know how the Veritas would treat others if it were mistreated.
