I woke up Sunday morning sleepily. My mum came into my room and said “Time to get up! Hunter has a new job for you!” I lifted myself up from the mat my mum had made for me many years ago . “ Ugh, what is it THIS time…” I walked slowly towards Hunters tent. “Ah yes una.” he said “Its LUNA chief.” I said respectfully even though i was angry he had gotten my name wrong again. “Yes yes well let's see here…” He sifted through some papers until he found the one he needed. “So Luna as you have been asking I am allowing you to hunt with the boys.” he smiled at me. “Really? Oh thank you chief thank you!” I ran out to prepare for hunting.I ran into my tent and brushed my teeth until they gleamed. My mom walked into the room “ So what job did he give you?” She asked me. “He’s going to let me hunt mummy!!” I yelled Joyously. “Really!! That's great honey bring some meat home!” She said as she went to take a nap.I got to the hunting grounds 25 minutes before the boys. They came 5 minutes early.The head hunter wolf was my… well lets just say were very close. He stood on a tall rock and said “Now as you all know we have a new hunter with us!” he looked at me, winked, and continued “Welcome to the herd LUNA!!!!” The other wolves cheered with joy,drowning out masser. “Okay okay everyone settle down now I would like to assign your hunting areas.” He yelled over the crowd. “Lets see... Mara,mountains Mallarie,south woods….” He went through the rest of the wolves and as soon as they were done being assigned they ran for their destination.
