The next day proved to be an awkward one for Evan. He couldn't look Alvin in the eye and worst of all his head hurt. They all cleaned up the place and around 10 am everybody including Evan left. Evan had avoided Alvin all morning he had done his best not to cross his path because he didn't want them to talk about the previous night. It wasn't the kiss itself that bothered Evan or the fact that it was a guy. What bothered him was how to handle the situation. He wasn't sure how long he was going to have to avoid Alvin. They went to the same school and shared the same locker room after soccer practice. Whether he liked it or not he had to figure out what to do next. Evan had so many questions on his mind that he wanted to ask Alvin. He wanted to know why Alvin had kissed him. He also wanted to know if Alvin liked him. Evan knew Alvin was drunk last night but there were four other guys who were drunk that night and he didn't see any of them kiss!
Evan arrived home and went straight up to his room. That day he took one of the longest showers he had ever had and each second of it was spent thinking about Alvin's kiss.
“Maybe I should call zayn and ask what I should do?” Evan thought to himself
But then it occurred to him. If he told Zayn about his kiss with Alvin won't that just make zayn judge him a little bit? The last thing Evan wanted was to feel judged by someone close to him.
Evan had no one to talk to and even if he did he didn't feel very comfortable talking about it. Finally, he came to a decision he was going to talk to Alvin when he got back to school. He needed some closure and didn't want questions and uncertainty lingering in the air.
