Getting ready for the gallery I was excited. I put my hair in a bun with curls cascading around my head. My bangs curled gently above my eyes and I put a cluster of flowers in my hair, it looked like I was wearing a flower crown. I decided on wearing a white hi-lo lace chiffon dress with the front ending below my knees and the back slightly trailed past my feet., it has different blue hues running through it. I was wearing a lace cardigan with a flannel pattern that matched the dress and roses stitched along the sleeves and the hems of my dress. I did two more pieces for the show and I was hopeful that at least one of them would sell. I grab my black leather jacket just to have it with me when I really need it.

 Jace had promised he'd come to pick me up. I was barely ready when he texted me he was there. I was leaving my building very happy and excited, and then it began to rain, it was a gentle sprinkle at first but when I got in Jace's car it began to get heavier. Jace is wearing a black tuxedo with a gentle blue vest and a white tie, he has the first three buttons of his shirt unbuttoned and I catch a good glimpse of his angelic rune. His steele is poking out of his sleeve and it sparkles just a slight bit but he tucks it deeper into his sleeve. I chuckle and get in.

 Jace gave me a gift and he laughed saying it was perfect timing. I open the present and it had a beautiful transparent umbrella. He smiled when I reached over and hugged him when we arrived at the gallery. I love the rain and I like to look up and see the drops coming down from the sky. That's how I met Alec, I recall and I feel so excited and happy knowing that he is going to come.

I saw the banner with the gallery event name sprawled nice and big and I felt a sense of pride. Maybe this is all a dream, maybe this isn't even real, I can't help but think. I shake my head of the negative thoughts and head on inside.
