The Lilac kingdom is a kingdom of death and despair. All of the inhabitants are in fact deceased, but only once. The inhabitants get a second life, where they can talk to the first dead of any kingdom, yet never the second dead. The Legends of this kingdom are the Cruiser, the Executioner, the Artist, and the Necromancer. This section starts in the midst of the night.

“Lilith! Get the paint thinner!” the 16 year old Lilac Necromancer says. “Clay’s gotten into the paint again!”

“Get it Dearill to do it, Tanda. I’m busy right now”. the 14 year old Lilac Executioner replies.

“He isn’t breathing!”

“I don’t breath, Tans. None of us do”. The 17 year old Lilac Artist rebukes. “Just leave me alone.”

“Shut up, Clay. I didn’t ask you. You gotta stop eating paint. It isn’t cool”.

“Why in hell did I agree to live with ya’ll?”

“We didn’t have a choice, man. We’re the new legends now. Also, we’re orphans now that our parents are second dead. We gotta be the protectors. Besides, we get free rent if we all live in the castle together”. The 22 year old Lilac Cruiser busts through the door with a bottle of paint thinner.

“Open up, Clay” he says.

“But I don’t like the thinner, Dear”.

“Ew. My name is Dearill. Don’t call me that” he badgers. “Tanda, if you would”.

“Understood” she says.

Whack

Clay passes out.

“Open him up”.

“Got it”. she says as Dearill crams the thinner down Clay’s throat.

“What’s all the commotion?” Lilith asks. “Why is Clay unconscious?”

“I told you, he got into the paint” Tanda says.

“Just take the paint away from him”

“He’s figured out the child locks”

“Attention! All citizens! Please evacuate the castle grounds!” the loudspeaker blares. “The castle is under attack! I repeat, the castle is under attack! Legends! Get to the gates immediately!” The four rush to the castle gates.

“We are here for the revenge of our Legends!” the Sable Cannoneer shouts. “We have reason to believe your kind has brought the death of our parents!”

“You ain’t the only one, asshole” Dearill says. “Who even are you?”

“I am Tsuki. The Sable Cannoneer.”

“Where are the others, man?” Tanda replies.

“They said I was dumb and stayed home”

“We didn’t do it” Dearill shouts. “Wait. Where’s Clay?”

“Shit. Did he get back into the paint?” Lilith says. “We’ll be back in a sec. Clay’s eating paint again”

“Understandable” Tsuki responds. “I’ll just go home”.

“You do that, dude” Dearill says. “Can’t have a kingdom without it’s legends”.
