In this world not all people are created equal. Some are born with quirks and some are not. But my quirk is different than everyone else's even the world's greatest hero All Might has no idea what I can do…
Quirks are what determines the kind of hero we want to be Walking down the street I have seen so many but none are quite as unique as mine.
Now where shall I begin? Oh yes, I know just the place that started it all…
That's right, middle school. Plain and ordinary. Nothing special about it. I walked into class just a few seconds before the bell rang. I don't say a word to any of my peers as I walk to my desk. Suddenly an explosion had went off in the back of the classroom. I keep my eyes fixed on my desk, when I suddenly hear a cry,
“I-I didn't mean it that way! I-I was thinking maybe, I-I could make it in…” the boy stammered.
“YOU COULD WHAT!?” The other yelled with a smirk.
Suddenly I am not so surprised, looks like he's got himself into yet another fight with the same kid. Just in time, Mr.Yoshiro strives through the entrance to the classroom.
“All right class settle down.” He quickly glances at the two boys. “Bakugou Katsuki and Midoriya Izuku do you feel the need to ignore the class rules and continue to get affectionate back there or are you going to take your seats?” He asks as he gently pushes up his glasses.
“U-uh y-yes sir..” The green haired kid nodded as he meekly sat at his desk.
“LIKE HELL WOULD I EVER GET AFFECTIONATE WITH THAT DAMN NERD YOU OLD FART!” The blonde kid yelled as he stormed to his desk.
Mr.Yoshiro rolled his eyes and looks to his attendance sheet. “All right i'm going to take attendance, when I call your name say present.” He lowers his glasses to the bridge of his nose.
One by one he called their names, one by one they answered. I stared blankly out the window. Until he got to my name.
“Hamada Aika ?” He looked at me and smiled.
I glanced in his direction and mouthed,
“Present.”

After class, I headed towards the train when I realized I had left my notebook in the classroom. I immediately turned around and ran back towards the school. As I ran past the school yard I heard something, someone was crying nearby. My mind was telling me to mind my own business but my gut was telling me to help them out. So I started to walk towards the field. And surprisingly, the blonde kid from earlier was crouching behind the cherry blossom tree, weeping. I slowly walked over to him.
“Uh hey..are you okay?” I peered at him.
He suddenly jerked his head up and stared at me. I could still see the tears glistening in his eyes. I felt kinda bad for him.
He quickly wiped his face with his uniform sleeve and lowered his head. I sat down next to him.
“Leave me alone.” He snapped and looked away.
I glanced at his hands still shaking. Was he afraid? Had I scared him? I sighed.
“Did I scare you?” I said looking down at my skirt.
He glanced at me for a second then looked away again.
“No..” He mumbled.
“Well I'm sorry if I did.” I fiddled with the pin on the coat of my uniform.
“I said you didn't so you don't need to apologize. I’m not afraid of anything. I'm gonna become the greatest hero of all time. Even greater than All Might himself and then no one will look down on me.” He said with a small smirk.
I checked the time on my phone, it was getting late and I still hadn't gotten my notebook. When he spoke.
“Hey..do you..think I'm weak?” He looked down, but I could see his cheeks flush a little.
I looked up at the sky. “No.” I answered. “I don't think you're weak at all, as a matter of fact. I admire you for following your dreams. It makes me want to follow my own too. You're very brave. I know you'll make a fine hero someday. Even greater than All Might.” I grinned.
He stared at me with a blank face, and quickly turned away as he blushed.
“I-I KNOW THAT.” He mumbled.
“Katsuki right?” I smiled.
He looked at me. “Yeah, you're um..” He trailed off and looked down. This brat obviously didn't remember my name.
“Aika.” I answered.
“Oh..well, nice to meet you Aika.” He held out his hand looking away avoiding my eyes.
I looked down at his hand I could feel my face getting hotter by the second. I reached out and grabbed his hand and shook it. It was weird..I never realized how big his hands were. And soft…
We quickly pulled away afterwards.
I rose up from the grass and pushed a lock of hair behind my ear. “Well I should get going I left something in the classroom.” I smiled awkwardly.
He suddenly got up and walked towards me. My face no less than an inch from his. He leaned towards my ear...
