"So what happened to you.....everything?" he said. I didn't respond and just started out the window. He snapped his fingers and I looked over. "Hm?" I said. He sighed and dropped his head on the steering wheel. "What happened?" he repeated. I told him everything. As I did, he got angrier and angrier. After I finished, Kou looked pissed. He got out the car and screamed. I winced and started to cry. "Did he rape you?" he asked once he got back into the car. I shook my head. He let out a sigh. "Thank god. Does he know where you go to school?" he asked. I nodded. "It was one of the things I told him when we got to know each other." I replied. He drove into the school parking lot and got out the car. "Well," he started, "From now on I'll be with you. You'll get a job at my dad's company and you'll live with us. No is not an option." I was about to protest but I thought less of it. We walked into the school and everybody was staring at me. I had forgotten about my scars and bruises. It felt weird, everyone staring at me like I've got the devil's blood flowing through me. "What the fuck're you starin' at damn nerd!" Kou yelled. I tugged Kou's arm and walked on. When we got to my locker I opened it and a sea of flowers came out and spilled all on the floor. "What the-" I started. Then I saw the card fall out the locker. I picked it up and read it.

Ew. I balled it up and threw it away. "Tch." I said. Kou looked at me and picked the letter out the trash and read it. "Son 'o a bitch!" he shouted. Everyone gathered around my locker and picked up the flowers and let them slip between their hands. I smiled and yelled, "Flower petals for sale! A handful for $10!" The whole hallway was filled within 10 minutes of kids wanting to buy flower petals. Kou and I took the kids money and scooped up some flowers and give it to them. I felt a dark presence for down the hallway. I looked in the direction and smirked. I saw Alx standing in the darkness of the hallway. I scooped up some flower petals and let them slip out my hand and spit on them. I looked at him and he was pissed.
