On the fourth planet of the system, known as Violio, was where most of the system’s strongest fighters dwell. We had to put a local limit on the planet to save it from certain destruction. We used our technology to limit light speed travel to just three times the speed of light. It sounds absurd that we had to put on such a limit on the inhabitants. But there is at least five warriors capable of such feats: the butcher, Goran, general Sanada, Morrad the wicked, and the warrior known only as Bines.

The butcher had traveled throughout the solar system, destroying whom he pleased without any form of punishment. All guardians sent to stop him were slain, within mere minutes. Even with the local limit in place, he has been able to move, as he had wanted. How exactly is still unknown.
