[7 Years Later]

Ling Nong is still living with his parents and their living is more stable now. Ling Nong works in a restaurant as a waiter and in a studio as an assistant, helping organize clothes for celebrities on his day off. He also enrolls in XX college which is for top score student goes to after graduation. He gets into college with a scholarship and works hard for his parents along with maintaining his studies. 

His parents' depression was getting worse, despite all the help and money he pours into them. 

''Hey, Ling Nong? Ling Nong?'' Ling Nong snaps out of his daydreams and turns to Ting Seng on his side. His best friend, who loves to be childish in front of him. ''What did you think about to get that distracted? I was calling you for hours, you know?''

''What do you want?'' Ling Nong says with a low tone, turning back to read the book in his hands.

''Let's go to the cafeteria, stop burying yourself with all these books already. It's lunch break, not self study time. You're going to die with all these books if you keep this up, you know?'' Ting Seng nags while pulling the study-zombie out of the library. 

Ting Seng is the type of person you could call; annoying-dude. He's annoying yet at the same time he makes you feel at ease to stay with. He usually childish, but he's always serious with whatever he does. Unlike his handsome and sparkling image,  he's an idiot, at least in front of Ling Nong that is. 

Maybe out of pity or kindness, Ting Seng has always been getting his ass in Ling Nong business all the time. Before Ling Nong meets Ting Seng he has been alone in school and outside of school. Everything was fine just the way it was, but Ting Seng turns his world into a colorful one now. On the other hand, Ling Nong is afraid of being a burden to someone precious to him that's why he told nothing to Ting Seng about his parents condition.
