Operation Golden Blood was the second SPARK operation, the Blood means the red section of the german flag, while Golden stands for the yellow section of the german flag. The headquarter is located somewhere in Frankfurt.

This operation has started due to the 19 of June , a massacre in the Munich BMW store. 32 death and 46 injuries, not including police officers and guards. For that day on, Germany has officially decided to contribute the SPARK organization. This was the day when SPARK has officially become an international organization.
