POV: Serena.

It’s now been a week, I and ken broke up. I spent two days in my room, skipping all the work and school and at last, I will be stepping out cause if I don’t my mother would definitely kill me.

The whole two days she was yelling my name and cursing me for not going to school. Usually, she is a good person but when it comes to studying and on top of that when it’s about me, she is way strict.

Since I was kicked out by my mother so that I can go to school I understood one thing that I had no friends now to be with. Let’s face it, when I was a kid I would be constantly bullied due to my awkward behaviour but then ken used to save me from them. As we hit puberty together we just decided to be together so that no one could just hurt us. I was stuck to him from the very start and thought it would never change. But now since my boyfriend and my only friend turned out to be gay and I am all alone.

It would be still ok if we can just be friends if not in a relationship. I have cried a lot those two days and I think it’s better to move on. It would be better for me and I wish good for ken no matter what happens.

Now coming back to the present I have noticed one this past week following me. I am being stalked! It’s big news because no one likes a weird person with an ugly personality.

This person would wait outside my room window at nights and the days I stayed at home.

He would follow me around; just to lose him I started walking around the city more than usual.

He would come to my school and stand outside my class.

Sometimes I even start running on the busy streets but he would still catch up with me.

Sometimes I waited outside the police station for hours so that they can arrest him but instead they asked me for being suspicious.

Just to avoid this I went to café and library sat there for hours and would just spend my time looking outside the window.

I noticed one thing for sure that people can’t see him, think me crazy talking this but if my hypothesis is right people can’t see him. People never noticed him not my family members nor my classmates and nor the police. And he might be thinking that like everyone even I haven't noticed him yet.

Seriously speaking it's creepy and a gross feeling to have a stalker but it’s been days and nothing has actually happened yet and does he seems harmless. This whole stalking thing did felt like a good diversion from the whole breakup thing. 

But I needed to know who he is...

The next day it started with. The same routine, he was following me but I had a plan.

All those after-school walking to lose him had paid off. I now knew all the nook and corners of the city.

I started walking out straight out of the school as usual but today I lead him somewhere, Somewhere with a dead end, somewhere with fewer people around just not to embarrass my self.

I started running and gaining speed just to lose him a little and I hid. When he arrived at the dead end he was confused and dumbfounded.

Just that was the time I sprung behind him to find him all startled. It was the first time I had seen someone give this big of a reaction to my scare which wasn't even scary.

And that's how I met him. The ghost with many secrets. The ghost with many feelings and the person whom I love.
