Sleeper is by far, the only specialist that has covered her real identity. The only information about her is that she worked as an undercover police. She probably got promoted to a KSK soldier, her ruthless but brilliant tactics have promoted her to be promoted again to become a corporal just under a few years.

Name: Unkwown (Probably Mia Schmidt, she was a police officer, also a bit menatlly sick(See Psychological Test)she also served in the KSK for a few years before turning MIA. (Missing In Action))

Due to Sleeper's mental instability, Germany BND has given the idea to do a psycological tests (PT) to all the new specialists. (See Operation:Changes)  

Psychological Test Results (PTR): Sleeper's metal condition is actually quite stable, but she still suffers from BPD, which makes harder to communicate with her, sometimes she will have sudden rages and can be very emtionally fragile. But however, her skills are had to ignore.
