I lay with an arm behind my head, watching Axel sleep next to me. I watch his heartbeat in his neck before I grunt and sit up, getting dressed before I head for the door I hear Axel stir in his sleep.
You didn't help and you suck. I think as I run a hand through my hair, walking through the house before heading to my truck. I unlock the doors to my truck as I feel something is off.
My eyes narrow as I head home. When I get home, I unlock the door and step inside. I drop my keys on the table and look around; seeing my house tossed. My eye twitches before I head into my blood room, seeing all of the blood bags I had in there.
I sigh and head to the kitchen, seeing glass everywhere before I see the basement door and I tense. Did...Dylon do this? Where is he? I look around before rushing to my room.
When I get there I see Amelia laying by the window and everything of Dylon gone. I grit my teeth, "God damn it!" I growl and go back to the front door. He should still have his collar on. I think as I reach for my phone.
I look at my tracking system when I see his marker by the house. My eyebrows knit together I go out the house, looking around as I see his collar by the bushes.
I growl and throw my phone down; hearing a cracking from it. I head back to my truck and get in, I need him back. I think as I head back to where I got him.

"He is your responsibility, if you lost him, you lost him," the owner says, smoke swirling around him as he smokes his fifth cigarette. My eyes narrow, "So you don't care?"
He looks at me as the smoke makes swirls, "Of course I care, if I catch him I'll make sure he'll pay the price," he says as the smoke escapes his mouth. I growl as my eyes flash a deep red, "I need him!"
"Why?" he asks. I freeze and grit my teeth because The Black Mist is after me. I think, "Because, I know Panthers are good at what they do,"
"So are wolves and cats," he says slowly as he takes a long drag from his cigarette before flicking the ashes. I get up and lean against the desk as I see the guard watch me; his hand going to his waist.
"But I want Maxwell," I snarl and the owner stares at me, "Well then, go catch the lost kitty," he growls and waves his hand as I see the guard come toward me.
I snarl and step back as the guard goes to grab my shoulder. I grab his wrist, putting his arm on my shoulder as I flip him; making him crash into the desk as I hear a yelp.
I let him go as my canines extend and I stare at the owner who is against the wall.
"You crazy bastard," he growls. I smile and tilt my head, "Well of course, what did you expect from a vampire?" I question as I walk over to him. He flattens himself on the wall as I grab his neck; lifting him up as he scratches my hand and tries to kick me.
I swat his legs away, "Tell me where Dylon is and maybe I won't kill you and set all though people free," I growl and his eyes widen.
"H-He's across town," He says quickly and my eyes narrow, "Where?"
"P-put me down and I-I'll write it," he says and I study him before dropping him. He lands on his knees before he crawls to his broken desk, grabbing a ripped piece of paper and a feather pen that he had on the desk.
The dark red room making him look like an ant. Filthy humans. I think as he writes before he hands me the paper. I take it and look at it, 460 Nightengale Street. I put it in my pocket and turn, walking to the door.
"W-wait! Bring him here," he states. I turn sideways and look at him, "Why?"
"I'll implant a tag in his neck so you can find him," he says as he stays on the ground. I hum and lick my lips slowly, "Alright then," I say before I head out the office and down the hall. you can run but you can't hide my little pet.
