“Shit, man” Tanda says

“Oh hell no” Tanda says to herself as she stands over the second corpses of her parents. “We’re in deep shit”

“What’s up, Tanda?” Clay says

Shriek

“When did you get here, Clay?”

“Like two minutes ago. My parents second died and I decided to tell you”

“Phones exist, Clay”

“My line went… dead”

“Nooooooooooo!” A shout is heard from the distance

Crash

“Bad Clay” Dearill says as he busts through the door

Whack

“Nice to see that everyone’s here” Lilith says.

“How do you guys get in here so quietly?” Tanda asks

“Don’t question it”

“But-”

“Shoosh” Lilith shushes. “No questions”

“Um, okay” Tanda says, unsure.

“First order of business. Get the second corpses out of the house” Lilith demands

“Already done” Clay says licking his lips.

“Good. Second order of business”

“Yeah?” Tanda asks. Lilith thinks for a second.

“I have no goddamned clue”

“New legends!” The kingdom speakers screech “Please go to the Great Undead Queen in the Great Undead Castle!”

“I don’t trust it” Dearill says. “Sounds fishy”

“Yeah, I guess” Clay says as he chugs paint to wash down the parents.

“Well, we need to go. We’re the only ones protecting this kingdom right now” Lilith says.

“I agree. Let’s go protect this kingdom!” Tanda says.

“Rahh!” a voice shouts behind Tanda. Unfortunately for the voice, Tanda summons her Book of Necromancy and summons a skelly guard. The guard stabs the voice in a split second.

“Who was that?” Dearill asks. “Is that… a Copper village citizen?”

“Must be the ones that killed my parents. No copper could be that stealthy walking in”

“That means they’re probably out on the street” Lilith suggests. “We should go protect the king”

“Understood” Dearill says. “Lets go!” The four burst through the door.

“On your left, Clay!” Lilith shouts.

“I know” He says as he summons his Death’s Brush. He swipes at the Copper with the thistle of the brush.

Bang

The Copper bursts.

“They’re coming from below!” Tanda yelps.

“That’s where I come in!” bellows Dearill. He summons his Bone Hatchet. “Yah!” He slams the Hatchet into the ground. All of the Coppers burst through the ground.

“I’ve got this!” Lilith shouts as she brings out her Scythe of Flesh. In one swipe, the Coppers that came from the ground are reduced to halves.

“Nice one. Let’s keep moving” Tanda says. The group keep moving in the direction of the Undead Castle. The Castle is as Undead as their inhabitants.

“We’re almost there!” Lilith shouts. “Just a few more-”

Wham

Lilith gets pounded fifteen feet into the ground.

“You four have gone far enough” a booming voice bellows.

“Who are you?” Tanda shouts.

“I am a Colossal Copper, and this is where you stop breathing!”

“Heh” Lilith giggles. “Do you even know who we are?”

“Guh! How are you still alive? I just beat the shit out of you with one punch!” The four give the Colossal Copper twisted smiles.

“Allow us to introduce ourselves” Tanda replies. “We are the Lilac Kingdom Legends. You can’t kill us” She gets close to the Colossal Copper. Her eyes turn blank. “BECAUSE WE ARE ALREADY DEAD!” The Copper shudders. Tanda uses her Book of Necromancy to summon the Charred Basilisk. She laughs. “WHAT DO YOU DO NOW WITH YOUR DOOM IN FRONT OF YOU?” The Basilisk picks up the Colossal Copper and starts to drag him down underneath the mantle of the Ganmed where the beast resides.

“No! Stop!” the Colossal Copper shrills as his skin melts off of his body. “Stop!” The Basilisk pulls him down. “Noooooo” The other Coppers flee.

“Is it over?” Clay asks.

“Yes, Clay. It’s over” Lilith laughs. “It’s over. Let’s keep going”

When they arrive at the Undead Castle, The four are talked to by the Undead Great Queen.

“Legends” She begins. “Great job at defeating the Colossal Copper today. Your parents would have been proud”

“So did you just call us over to praise us?” Tanda asks.

“Of course not. I am required by Great Royal Law to keep you guys in the castle”

“Yeah, I know” Clay says.

“How do you know, Clay?” Dearill replies

“I buzzed my guy Vinnie. He’s in the same situation as us, and according to what he said, everyone’s in the same situation”

“This is true” the Great Undead Queen says. “But regardless, all of you must stay here. If not, the Great Undead Kingdom is sure to be in peril”

“Yeah, sure” Lilith says “Anyone have any objections?” The other three shake their heads.

“Then it’s decided” the Queen starts. “Everyone, go back to your houses and get all of your stuff”
