'I'm currently in the location of a plane, up in the sky, thousands of feet high above the surface of the earth. I glance around and find many people young to elderly, who are possibly travelling to the same destination as I am: Japan.
I've personally been only once to Japan when I was a child, my father used to take me there all the time so I could see my mother but, unfortunately, now he can't...because he has passed away...
Frankly, I don't understand why I said 'Yes' to this trip, I mean I could have refused and stayed in my dorm but I decided to nod like my life depended on it...reading back through my notes I see that if I'm to read over my diary in the future I'd have no idea what I've been talking about so, future me if you're present, I've been asked something.
A couple of days ago my teacher approached me and inquired the question: "Would you like to make and exchange to Japan to share you knowledge on the Mathematical and Scientific Department?"
Thinking back to the moment, I feel I was rather excited to know what would happen if I went on this exchange and who would possibly take my place back in Korea?
Ah. I'm due to land soon, so writing mu last letter of nervousness I say adieu and depart to the unknown.'
