“So you are saying…. You are an Incubus, a type of sexual demon and you own this company...all its branches and blah blah. You're looking for your soulmate who you think is me and wish to woo me or something?”

“Yes.” Kurono smiled at him.

“You realize none of this makes any actual sense correct?”

Kurono hesitantly smiled at him.

After the whole office sham bullshit Kurono had lead him to a waiting room a bit lower than the office. He was currently sitting on a nice black couch and a giant window was next to them, similar to the one in the office. A woman with clawed talons, sharp teeth and purple hair was serving them food with drinks as they talked.

Jinx eyes her as she handed him another Mt. Dew bottle.

She was ok, but he had no idea about this Kuroi er Kurono guy anymore.

It was sad that he would like a person simply if they handed him a Mt. Dew.

He took a swig to calm his nerves.

“And your also saying until I mat-...mate with you…..i'm going to be stuck with my weird power thing that attracts men to me?!”

“Yes…. your soul is connected to me, it makes it so you have the opposite genders power of my species. Basically you have the powers of a succubus and it randomly flairs attracting unwanted attention from men.”

Jinx narrowed his eyes at the man, that part explained a lot of things in his life but he was still skeptical about all of this.

“Until you mate with me and absorb some of my power…. Your own power will stay as is and make life difficult for you, or unless you learn how to control it.”

“.........I'm pretty sure it's impossible for me to be your soulmate or whatever.” Jinx said after a moment.

“Why is that?” Kurono laughed.

“Cause i've been told more than once im soulless and im pretty sure im asexual so I doubt your getting me into any bed with you at any point.”

Kurono’s eyes widened for a moment before he snapped his fingers. The lady serving them ran to get a crystal ball.

Kurono put his hand on it and it glowed green.

“I wish to speak with one of the fates.” He said.

Jinx leaned over and fell onto the couch, lying on his side so he could see the crystal ball properly.

“Yes?! OH! It's Kurono! Have you located your soulmate yet?”

“Yes I have….I wanted to ask a question though…...is my soulmate asexual?!”

It took Jinx a moment to realize the woman on the crystal ball had no eyes in her eye sockets.

He blinked as he stared at her in shock.

“Mhmmmm….” She reached out a hand on the crystal ball and Jinx felt something weird stir inside him, making him sit up and look around.

It felt like someone had poked him in the chest.

“Noo….. your soulmate is not asexual but…. They may be something similar to a demisexual? Or at least the personality is.”

“Demi- what?”

“A demisexual is a person who does not experience sexual attraction unless they form a strong emotional connection with someone. Basically you need to be their friend before they can see you as a romantic partner.”

Jinx stared at the lady on the crystal ball, annoyed she was yanking out all his secrets.
