The creation Khali is unknown, even the remaining Elder gods. But the other elder gods’ stories are told throughout the history of mortals. Let us begin with the High Gods.
First there was time. Then the stars were born, and with them the flame and the second god Skeva. There was debris and such things floating through the space. Rocks and unwanted things. Eventually, they were all clustered together to form the first planet, and with it the Earth Goddess Hovana. She called this first planet Eden.
But Eden was hot and smoldering. The stars nearby were lightless and hot, too hot along with Eden’s core. Skeva and Hovana both agreed that Eden was uninhabitable if it did not cool off. So they sought to create a substance that would cool the planet. After a few millennia, the two found a clear, liquid substance which they called water.
Skeva and Hovana made tons of water, enough that it covered the entire planet. Hovana then thought to herself that it would be nice to have something to walk on, so she had land rise to create something to walk on, and now with the land cool, she created all types of plants and animals to walk with her. During that time, Skeva was out staring at their new creation, and saw a woman emerge from the water. This was the sea goddess Saphira.
Saphira, Hovana, and Skeva then all realized something. All of the plants and animals Hovana created, died shortly after their creation. Soon, all of the land turned into waste. So this made the gods wonder, what could they be missing. Then Skeva thought that, just because we don’t need certain things, doesn’t mean that other living creatures didn’t need other things too. The goddesses agreed and thought that maybe a different substance was needed. Eventually, they came up with the idea of something they couldn’t see.
Another few millennia passed and they found oxygen in the water they had created. So they made more. More and more and more that all of the air created clear encasement around the planet. And with it, the god of air, Cardinaal, fell from the sky. Unlike the other gods, who looked mostly human, Cardinaal had wings, causing a creative spree from Hovana to make animals that can fly in the air. The animals lived much longer, aging like other mortal creatures and eventually dying, but the plants still died quickly, quicker than Hovana liked. So the gods began to find something else for the plants to be able to live longer. (fair warning, whatever Hovana wants, she gets)
Eventually, they found that they lasted longer around fire, but it still wasn’t enough. Fire during this time was lightless, meaning no light and no shadow as you and I know it. The gods had special eyes to see in this environment. Eventually, Skeva was angry and left the planet in a haste. He was so angry that he took two of his stars and clashed them together.
The colliding stars created a bright flash that spread across all across the universe. Then, it was truly dark, and the god of life, Hava, and the goddess of Death, Uva, emerged from the flash. Ever since the Khali was born, there was Hava and Uva, but they didn’t have anything to claim as a body. The stars gave them bodies to claim, and one by one, they stars lit up. Hovana saw this and the plants she had been testing, suddenly came to life, and reached towards the light. (once again, triggering one Hovana’s creative sprees) She then created the first mortal souls. You should have read about them in the previous pages. Then the gods settled on Eden and the gods all had their creative sprees.
