As with all good speeches and prayers, I’d like to start off by saying thank you. It has been such a humbling experience creating a comic alongside a fabulous team of artists and editors. Writing scripts and editing storyboards/sketches/lines/colors has been a rewarding challenge. I felt like this experience has made me grow as a writer and it could not have happened without all of y’all loving and supporting my work. I know the releases for TBATE comic weren’t very consistent but we’re taking precautions to make sure it doesn’t happen so often, if at all, in the future.
Some good news: Season 2 of TBATE will start production immediately and we’ll work hard to build a solid backlog in order to give you consistent and frequent releases! I hope you are as excited as we are! There is a lot in store for Arthur as he develops. Does he finish his training? Does he become a mage? Or does he just throw it away and settle down at a small Mom and Pop diner? Well, you’ll just have to find out! The great thing is, if you’re curious, you can read it all ahead! Volume 1 of the novel is free right here on Tapas and the rest can be unlocked to satiate your TBATE hunger: https://tapas.io/series/TBATE
The novel series has generated over 2 million views! It’s amazing and sometimes unbelievable to think that just a small past time of mine has become a world that is being shared by so many people from all over the world. Thank you for this experience and I hope you stick around ^^

Underneath the peace and prosperity of the new world is an undercurrent threatening to destroy everything he has worked for, questioning his role and reason for being born again.
