(The mother's point of view)

I stared in amazement as my emotionless daughter doubled over in laughter. How is this happening? Is she channeling this from someone? She looked seriously at me and said, “I've got allot to explain to you and Selenite. When I walked in and said I brought back a healing crystal I meant it.” I was lost, “What do you mean?” She glanced at the girl next to her. “I'll explain but first let's get Selenite a sandwich before she eats my arm.” The girl ,Selenite, looked at her confused. That make two of us. Amisia dragged Selenite to the kitchen and sat her down on one of the kitchen chairs. She pulled out ingredients and started making the girl a sandwich. What? Is? Happening? My daughter never does chores for anyone other the me and her father. She usually avoids people at all costs. She made a ham and cheese sandwich and handed it to the girl. Just as she put the ingredients away she yanked her hand away from the fridge door.

 “Ah!” She doubled over and grabbed a wet rag off the counter and pressed it to the palm of her left hand. Selenite rushed over to her, “Are you ok?!” My daughter put her though expression back into place, “I'm fine. The person that lives next to us burned her hand on the stove.” Selenite looked at her confused. Our neighbor is unfortunately accident prone. And is use to Amisia coming in to help treat the wound so they can both stop hurting. At one point it happened so often she gave my daughter a key to her place. My daughter grabbed the first aid kit under the sink. “I'm going to go help her. Can you explain everything for me?” I nodded. “Thanks mom.” She went off to help the neighbor. I turn to the confused girl still standing by the fridge. “Alright sweetie, your going to need to sit down.” She sat back down on one of the kitchen chairs. “Okay, I know this is going to sound insane but……. do you know what an empath is?”
