"condemned to hell"

His words echoed in my head, leaving behind more confusion than I already had.

"But...Why ?" I asked scared of what I could hear.

"Isaiah, you committed one of the most serious acts against God" the angel said unemotionally.

" You killed"

"...Killed..."I repeated while looking to my hands, the hands that had taken the life of someone else.

I...killed someone...

But that didn't make any sense! I had never killed someone before. I don't remember killing someone...

But...my missing memories.

Could those be related to this somehow ? Then why I can't remember.

If this is true then I would never gonna be able to see her again...

"You say I killed before. However, I don't have any memories of killing someone, and even if this is true why am I here standing in front you, instead of being in hell? If you succeed during this trial, God will give a chance to reborn again in any place that you wish. But if you fail you will be send to hell again."

"So if I accomplish this trial, I can go back ? " I asked rising my hopes

"Near but not quite" the angel said " remember that you will reborn, not revive, which means that you will be a different person this time, so once you are reborn all memories of your past life will disappear"

"So, how can I be certain that I will reborn to the side of the person that I love ?" I asked not very sure about wanting to reborn.

"Worry not, God will take care of that"

"I see..."

Then if everything goes well, I can go back to her. Maybe not everything is lost.

"Now about you missing memories..." the angel said catching my attention once again, " I take them from you"

"You... take my memories" I asked confuse

But why ?
