Leila was also a BLUE, but her beauty and elegance were beyond any colour. She had black hair and beautiful hazel almond eyes. She laughed like there was no tomorrow, and I fell for her Smile; those delicate dimples on her cheeks, she knew how to enjoy life; and I loved her carefree spirit, She belonged to a more magnificent colour, even more than Violet.
We worked together for a couple of month when I finally had the courage to ask her out. To my surprise; she said yes. I did not really know much about dating; I was a perfect student in school and college and that did not leave much room for partying or wasting time. My love life was as boring as my work life. To be honest I enjoyed my quiet life but she turned it upside down and I loved it. Maybe blue life is fun after all. Maybe life has more to it when you are with the right person.
On her birthday I decided to give her a special gift. I made a necklace specially for her when she opens it she will find a picture of us and a hidden place for a ring carved as a frame I wanted it to be perfect and spent days in making it, even the outside of it was carved perfectly, the first letter of her name L.; Maybe in my previous life I was a carpenter, I placed the ring inside the necklace .She loved it, a couple of month later I proposed and she said yes. I did not know I was oblivious to the beauty of life until she entered mine.
