Everyone important was involved in the making of this prank - the cops, the person doing it and a few other choice people. I was not important enough to actually be told about it, the goatman just happened to be planning it with his (who I believe to be) girlfriend about one foot next to me so I literally could not help but here their scheming. It was still entertaining to watch, though. And I got a neat little comic strip out of it! And, yes, I know I messed up my own fursona's face. I'll probably fix it later. I'm still figuring out how to make comics and drawing on my phone and such.
