Being Beautiful means

A Princess,

A Prince,

A King,

A Queen,

Depending on your age

And who wages the most

Sand Dollars

Upon your head.

For it was said,

The one

Who carries

The most beauty

Shall rule the sea

And is given

The most riches.

When they found me

Many years ago,

I was taken

To an undisclosed place

Where bets landed

On my small head

As I sat

Within a birdcage

Filled with Quiet Kings

And whispering Queens

Until suddenly

They all came to a halt.

King Tsunarius,

Ruler of the great Kingdom Hydtin,

Had placed the largest bid

And won

My freedom.
