Lo groaned. It was later that night and she laid In bed mad at the world. She was very uncomfortable. She couldn’t get the dress off, so there was no getting into something more comfy to wear, and she was boiling. She laid there annoyed, the blanket was thrown upon the ground.
She was sweaty from the heat but did not smell. If anything She smelled elegant. She could not get any sleep. She laid there staring at the dirty, ruined ceiling.
“What the hell did I get myself Into?” She sighed and closed her eyes. Slowly she opened them, and she was In a field. She almost fell back from the surprise.
“What the hell!?” She stammered. She almost fell back as a white-haired girl faced away. She wore a red cloak. She turned and showed that her right eye was hidden behind white bandaging. Her other eye was closed. She bowed slowly.
“Who the hell are you!?” Lo yelled confused. The figure pointed towards the starry sky and frowned
“The day the skies of calm, turn and become the flames of hellfire. The day when, men, angels, and demons play, the lost power of old will be found In you to unfold.” The lady said.
“No! No destiny bull crap! No riddles, none of that!” lo said.
The white-haired girl looked confused.
“B-but my ominous warning…” The white-haired girl stammered. Lo held her hand up to the girl and nodded no.
“No! We’re not doing that, send me back, I’ve had the longest day ever.” Lo stated. The white girl blankly looks on with her eye closed.
“My people foretold this tale…! And you’re the princess In the story!” The girl stated.
“I’m not a damn princess! As soon as this curse thingy is gone, I’m leaving this damn castle.”
“This is a field.” The girl said. Lo glared.
“Yeah! I know, send me back to the damn castle!” Lo yelled.
The white girl looked away.
“Well...of course...May we meet again?” The white-haired girl asked. Lo shook her head no and crossed her arms no.
“Yeah, I hope we never meet again you brat,” Lo said. Suddenly a howl echoed as a dark wolf appeared. Red glowing eyes emitting from Its face. The white hair girl gasped.
“A shadow hound, so close to the castle!? “ The white haired girl gasped. The hound howled and glared at the girls.
“A what!?” Lo stammered. The girl looked down to the ground as the hound dashed toward her.
“A likely future assassin to our queen, They’re getting dangerously close to our queen. Luckily we spotted It during what was meant to be my foreboding warning. And people laughed when I said I’d give it in a field.” The white-haired girl said.
Lo screamed as the Shadow jumped Into the air, illuminated by the moon. The hound pounced onto the white-haired girl before It was uppercutted by her. The hound fell back surprised as the white-haired girl floated into the air.
“What are you!?” Lo stammered. Puyru frowned as she twirled her hand around as It caught fire and flames sprinkled from the sky. The moon shun on her hair as the flames lit up the area.
“Puyru.” She said as she pointed her hands at the Shadow Hound. It howled as she clapped. An inferno of flames, like a sideways tornado, spiraled into the Shadow Hound.
The Hound jumped out of the way and launched a shadow ball at Puyru. Puyru teleported beside Lo, before appearing beside the Shadow Hound. She kicked It, knocking It over. Looking the wrong way she sent a fireball at the hound, knocking It flying Into the air.
Puyru teleported In front of It. she faced the wrong way as a force of flames erupted from her, knocking the Hound back to the ground where It had been launched. She floated down as the hound dissipated.
“Jesus!” Lo shouted. Puyru slowly walked to where Lo was.
“I’m terribly sorry for endangering you there princess,” Puyru said. Lo was flabbergasted.
“Holy crap did you see yourself! You were on fire! Literally!” Lo shouted. Puyru blushed and tilted her head away.
“N-no I didn’t see...I’m blind actually,” Puyru said. Lo stared shocked.
“Wait...YOU...did all of that...blind!?” Lo stammered. Puyru nodded.
“We must report to the queen. A Shadow Hound so close Is unnerving at best.” Puyru said. Lo began to sweat. Now she was really scared about what she was involved In. That creature, and Puyru we're supernatural. The existence of magic was a well-known thing across the land, but It was still hella freaky
“Yeah, okay please, take me back now,” Lo stated.
Puyru nodded and within a blink of an eye, they were In the guest room.
