“Oh. This is my birthmark” she says rubbing the mark on her skin. “I always found it a little weird and tried to cover it up. But then my mom came up to me one day and said ‘Honey, do you know what this means?’ I shook my head no. Then she told me ‘It means you’re a light in the dark, for others and that one day the person that you love and that loves you, will also be drawn toward it. So, keep an eye out.’ I loved that. So, every day since I left it uncovered in hopes that I would fine my true love.” She finished her story with a longing smile. William gently pulled her arm toward his lips and kissed it.
“Thank you, for leading me to such a beautiful star” He thanked.
She blushed and gently place a kiss on his cheek and then on the exact spot he kissed.
“Yes, thank you. An if could guide us in the next life as well.” She requested.
William smirked and without really thinking said “Yes, please.”
They laid there in each other’s embrace, nether wanting to leave, but to just stay in this moment forever.
Ales nothing last forever, for that would be their last peaceful evening together.
