I sigh looking around, at the scenery, all the bright reds and yellows of the flowers and green of the trees. It's truly amazing. I slowly start to skip because this weather is too good to be true.

I continue to skip until I come to a little yellow and White House, it's adorable, it's kind of like one of those little petite houses you'd see in a home magazine.

I skip with my backpack bouncing to the front door ringing the bell. I stand and wait looking around smiling. The door opens a few seconds later and out walks a girl with straight black hair and tan skin, she's honestly stunning. She's wearing one of those hats that you see in France or something. It's cute.

She smiles at me before running back inside grabbing something and coming back linking an arm with mine. We start walking to school slowly so we can talk.

"Soooo guess what!" She says in a bit of a squeal. I look at her making my "what" expression.

She continues with a huge smile "it's JINS BIRTHDAY!!!" this time she squeals for real. I nod as if I know what she's talking but in all reality I don't know who the hell Jin is.

She continues to look at me like a girl in love, "isn't that awesome!!!!" I once again nod but this time I say something. "Why don't you get this excited when it's my birthday? I'm a little offended."

She looks at me like I'm an idiot. "Yeah but this is Kim freaking Seok-Jin here!" I look away, I think it's time to be honest with her.

"I'm sorry but I don't know who the fuck Kim Seok-Jin is" when I tell her I make sure to say the persons name exactly like she did.

I look at her when I don't hear anything and what I see staring back is a shocked face. "WHAT?!? YOU'RE TELLING ME WE'VE BEEN FRIENDS FOR LIKE SIX YEARS AND YOU DON'T KNOW WHO BTS IS?!?" She yells.

"Uhh...who...?" I say sheepishly. I have no clue who this BTS is and they're making me feel like a bad friend here.

"They're only the biggest Korean Boy band" she says rolling her eyes. I reply with the same eye roll "Look I don't even listen to Korean music and I didn't even know it existed.."

she shakes her head "I need to change that quickly" I smirk at her "yah but like what if I don't like them?" I say.

She gives me a "Yeah right like that'll happen" expression before she continues to talk about Kim Seok-Jin dude. She tells me about how he's "worldwide Handsome" and how he has this one song called "Epiphany" And it's like heavenly and what not. Then she tells me about how he's her bias and stuff and here I am, trying not to fall asleep walking.

Finally, three thousand years later we reach the school. I sigh relieved because I didn't know how much I could take of her talking about Jin.

I low key run away from my best friend.

My best friend who I should have known everything about but didn't, as it turns out I've been missing huge chunks about her.

I stop in my tracks turning around and walking back to her.

"Why didn't you tell me you listened to BTS or whatever six years ago when we first met?" She rolls her eyes "BTS wasn't even around six years ago." Before she can give me a history lesson I stop her.

"Okay why didn't you tell me you listened to K-Pop?" She looks at me square in the eye "I was embarrassed, honestly there are a lot of people who make fun of people like me for listening to it and it aggravates me because if I talk about some other singer it's okay but when it's an Asian band, they're usually like "hey let's make fun of how they look like girls and how they sing in a language we can't understand" I was kind of scared you'd do the same but I got to know you and you didn't seem that way, and I kind of thought you listened to it too..."

I look away from her not knowing what to say because it was a lot. "I'll give it a try... for you.." I say. "I also promise that if I don't like it I won't be like those other people" I look back to her and she has a big smile and she beat hugs me.

"Thank you~ and I think you'll love them" I nod, and when she releases me I drag her into the school so we can start the busy school day ahead.
