"How did she survive?" I saw the red King standing over me. "She shouldn't be here." He turned to the person standing next to him who was a fish with legs. I turned back to the King, but he wasn't the King anymore but a cat with a fish in his mouth. Did he eat his friend?
"Forget the how and who, why is she here?" I tried looking at that voice, I saw was a demon with horns and sharp teeth. I felt sick to my stomach as the world started to tilt. No matter how I turned or looked at my surroundings it was all unbalanced. I tried to focus on the people talking except the harder I concentrated on them the more they looked like blobs of nothing. Black holes of nothing that sounds were coming from.
"She's awake. Well I guess as awake as she can get." The first voice said. As the owner came closer to inspect me. "I don't think she looks too good."
Laughter came out of no where. It surrounded me, swirled in the air like smoke in a closed room. "No, shit she doesn't look good. We drugged her. Kidnapped her. And she just generally looks like Hell."
I'm kidnapped? Wait, I'm drugged?! Who the fuck are these people??? I try to look at the voice that just spoked, but all I saw was a detached smile. "Who are you?" I grunted through me teeth, tasting blood in the effort of speaking.
"The question, my dear, is Who. Are. You?" I felt something warm flow over my face. The sweet scent of poison filtered through my nose. I laughed a hysterically.
"I am stronger than your cheap tricks." I faked confidence as the creatures turned into an owl with suspenders, a chicken with a top hat, and a glowing orb of . . . Something. Darkness started to consume my vision as nausea filled my entire system.
"Oh, sweetheart, your cute, just keep saying that sweet sugary lies. I will always know the truth." I felt lips against mine, I screamed as my body caught on fire. Tears cooled me down, as I realized that my first kiss may or may not have been taken by a . . . . Catfish?
