Sage sighed as she looked out the car window as her mother drove through the countryside.

"Now Sage, it's not that bad. Think of this as a new start for us both." Her mother said.

"I know mom but I just... I wish we could have stayed in Fernville. Ravenrock is in the middle of nowhere. Is there even a barn nearby where I can ride?" Sage asked.

"We'll have to look around once we're settled. The new house has some acreage and an old barn so maybe you can get a horse or pony of your own." Her mother informed her.

"Maybe it won't be so bad then." Sage said as the car turned down a dirt road.
