When we had finished making our food, and sat down to eat I noticed something odd about Macey. She was eating way more than usual. In the entirety of our time together I had never seen her eat so much. I guess after I found out about her soccer career I just figured she was maintaining a decent weight, but now she was completely indulging herself. I watched as she ripped a piece off of her food and quickly began chewing it. “You alright darling?” I asked as she went in for another bite.
“Yesh I’m fwine,” her reply muffled by the food. We all started laughing at her. I couldn’t help it she was just to cute.
“Now Hun, you do know you should finish chewing before you talk. Even more so when we’re with other people,” my response was met with her shooing away my worries.
“I know, sorry,” Macey said gulping the bite down. I reached over and brushed off some of the tortilla crumbs from her face. Macey’s face turned slightly, and I caught the tips of her ears turning red. I looked back at the other two and caught a glimpse of a smirk on Jen’s face. She must have seen Macey’s reaction too.
“So what do you guys want to do now?” Jen asked looking over to her lover.
“Lets play a game” I said looking around the table. They all gave a nod.
“What should we play?” Macey asked. She reached over and intertwined our fingers underneath the table. Macey started to rub her thumb over the back of my hand as we discussed game options.
“Let’s do something classic. How about Truth or Dare?” Steph asked. I mean it was classic, plus I could probably learn something new about Macey.
“Alright I will put up the dishes and go grab the bottle,” Macey said picking up all of our plates.
While she was doing that the rest of us went back to the living room and took seats around the coffee table. I let out breath, unsure of how this would go for myself. I had never really played, and I really didn’t want to be forced into something I didn’t want to do. Macey came waltzing back to the group and with her was a giant wine bottle.
“So who is spinning this bitch first?” She said with a laugh.
“I will,” Steph said taking the bottle from Macey’s hand. She sat the bottle onto the coffee table and spun it. As fate would have it, I was chosen first. I took a swift sip of my drink as she glanced at me “So Liz, Truth or dare?”
“Truth” I said coolly. Macey sat there with a grin on her face, and I made a mental note to be a dick if I landed her when I spun the bottle.
“So, were you and Macey fucking when I called you two yesterday?” Her smile grew, and I was mortified. Macey’s grin had left as well.
“Yeah we were having sex when you called,” I said burying my face into my hands. Why did they have to pick this. Couldn’t we have picked monopoly or something? Stephanie and Jenny just busted out laughing and while Macey and I sat there flushed.
“My turn!” Jen said jovially as she spun the bottle. It landed on Macey this time. “Truth or Dare?”
“Dare,” Macey said confidently.
“I dare you to trade panties with Liz,” Stephanie was laughing at this point too.
“Fine, we will be right back,” Macey said standing up and taking my hand. She took me to the bathroom and pulled down her shorts. I undid my belt and did the same. We both stopped, and looked at each other. Our bottom half was almost completely exposed, and I took a glance at her panties. She had chosen the cute tiger ones. I had on my sloth panties. “Really baby, the sloth ones?” She said giggling.
“Well what can I say. I wasn’t expecting to have to switch them with someone. I could say the same about yours too, so...”
“Hey mine is accurate. They’re tigers because I love pouncing on you,” She said with a smirk. Smacking her arm, I took off my panties. Trying to change the topic quickly. Her body was already tempting me to lift her up onto the bathroom sink…
“Was that supposed to be sexy? Honestly you came off as a dork,” I said trying to snap myself out of the daydream.
“You know you love me though.”
“I can’t deny that,” I said taking her panties out of her hand, and give her a light kiss on the cheek. They were really warm whenever I put them on, and it felt oddly comforting. We both put our pants back on and taking her hand I pulled her back to the table. Steph and Jen were sitting there cuddling with each other. Macey and I should cuddle too. The two gave us a smug look as we walked back. “Macey can we cuddle like we do at home?” she gave a quick nod as I took my seat in between her legs “My turn,” I said, spinning the bottle quickly. It landed on Macey. “Truth or Dare?”
“Truth,” She said resting her chin onto my head. Instinctively, I nuzzled into her.
“If you could spend the rest of your life doing one thing, what would it be?” I said looking up at her.
“I would love to be in bed cuddling with you forever,” She said turning her head to the side. I knew she was blushing, and god was it adorable. She pulled me closer, and I felt my cheeks growing red.
“God, get a room. That was just too cheesy,” Jen said laughing.
“Can we have one?” I said sarcastically, and winking over at Stephanie for good comedic measure.
“No, you two are not having sex in my house. Macey spin the bottle,” sighing as she leaned into Jenny.
Macey spun the bottle, and when it stopped it was on Jenny. “Truth or Dare?”
“Truth,” Her reply was immediate. I could only guess that she wanted to avoid stuff like switching panties.
“Have you two had sex yet?” Macey asked confidently. I suppressed a giggle at her brazenness, she didn’t even try to work around the question.
“N-no we haven’t, I’m a virgin,” The gingers cheeks were scarlet as she stuttered out her reply. I let my head fall back into Macey’s valley as a giggle unleashed itself. The girl was just too innocent. I looked over at Steph who seemed just as embarrassed as her lover. Macey, and I decided not to push it and we continued on with the game. It was Steph’s turn again, and this time it landed on Macey.
“Dare!” Macey cheered out before Steph could even ask.
“I dare you to call your dad and tell him your going to Vegas right now to get married,” We all turned to Macey who sitting there glancing between me and her phone.
“Tch… Fine!” Macey said as the sound of the phone unlocking itself to her touch echoed through the now quiet room. I couldn’t believe she was actually going through with it, I mean I doubt Lucas would even be that upset. The ringing was unbearable, and we all moved closer to the phone that was sitting in the middle of the table. Macey was shaking nervously, and I moved my hand onto hers to try and comfort her. She became relaxed immediately, and pulled me closer into her. Her grip was so tight I feigned being hurt. It helped her become less anxious, until her dad picked up the call. “Hey Dad, I have something to tell you.”
“What’s up?” He asked as the sounds of plates clinking onto tables almost muffled his question.
“Well I just thought I would tell you that Liz and I ran off to get married in Vegas.” Her body sat motionless as she waited for a response.
“The HELL you are. June and I will stop you two. I need pictures God Dammit. I wanted to be there when you two picked out dress. June they are ruining our only chance to seem them get married. Macey, I swear to god I will kick your ass so hard if I come home to a wedding certificate. I demand to walk you down the Aisle. I-,”
“Elizabeth Lynn Miller, you better stop whatever vehicle your in and go home right now. There are only two things a mother has to see in their child’s life, to get married, and to have kids,” I could tell she ran out of breath as she handed the phone back to Macey’s dad. “That’s it, Lucas do you have the plane tickets? Call the airport and see if we can get them exchanged for a flight tonight. I need to go home and beat some sense into my daughter,” June said in the background.
“Mom stop, we were just joking. We were playing truth or dare, and Macey had to call you guys and say that. Just stay there and enjoy your dinner,” I tried my best to urge them that we were joking, and after a minute they seemed to have calmed down.
“Thank god. What were we going to do with the wedding fund if you two just up and eloped?” Lucas said with a sigh. I was confused at the whole wedding fund thing.
“You two made a wedding fund for us?” I asked unsure as to why they wouldn’t use it on themselves. They deserved it. I mean they both worked all of the time, and they were “raising” Macey and I so they deserved to at least get a ceremony. It’s not like you get married every day.
“Of course we did. How could we not help pay for our girls’ wedding. It’s going to be the most important day of your lives. Well, until you give us grandkids of course,” Lucas stated caringly, “Well, June and I need to eat our food, but if you girls need anything don’t hesitate to call. Bye Liz, bye Macey. Love you.” The call beeped out, and I was stunned. They thought we would last long enough to get married. Mom knew that would be years away, and she is already planning for it. I looked up at Macey as she moved her arm around me to grab her phone. I couldn’t really read her expression, it was truly neutral. I wish I knew what she was thinking about right now.
