He was dressed very well so I figured he would be good to feed myself for a couple of days all I would have to do is knock him down and steal his wallet as I helped him up. So I took off sprinting through the crowded sidewalk and slammed right into the right side of his chest but to my surprise I was the one knocked backwards, as I fell I slide my hand inside his jacket finding his wallet. Another thing that surprised me, he caught me by the arm before I hit the ground holding me there I was barely on my heels as he smiles and slowly pulled me up to my feet again. I switched his wallet to my other hand as I thanked him and said I was sorry for running into him then took off down the sidewalk and turned into the next ally. I walked a good distance from the street before opening his wallet. Flipping through it there was no money and no credit cards, just his I.D. and I found myself staring at it because I knew him from somewhere but couldn’t put my finger on it. The next thing I knew I heard a boasting laugh coming from the street I turned off of. I looked and all I could see was an outline of someone.
Then he held up his hand and said, “Are you looking for this?” In his hand was several folded up hundreds. He walked closer my instinct told me to run but I had this weird feeling that he didn’t want to hurt me. Putting one hand over the top of my shoulder on the wall, he smiled and said, “I’ll give you this if you give me my wallet back please.”
