Shocked he said, “Yes do you need a ride there?”

Smiling I answered, “Yes and thank you sir.”

He opened the door to the back seat and I climbed in. Once we arrived to the police station he led me to the closest phone, then I realized what do I say to him. When I pulled out the card the police officer kinda frowned and said, “Here just press pound and then one.”

I looked at him a little confused and then said, “I don’t know what to say to him.”

He smiled and said, “I can call him for you, if you would like me too.”

He picked up the phone and dialed, after talking to him a bit telling him I had his card and describing me, he hung up the phone. He then turned to me and said, “He is on his way, you can have a seat while we wait. Would you like some water you look thirsty.”

I smiled and replied, “Yes please and thank you.”

We sat there in silence as we waited when he showed up it had been a very long hour since we called it almost seem like eternity. He walked up to us and the police officer handed him a hundred dollar bill. Then he turned to me and asked, “You ready to go?”
