Slinky led Kate and Theo down an opened passageway to a door that opened to an unknown place to the kids. Slinky reached for the handle and opened the door which triggered the lights inside. 

Both kids simultaneously say "WOAH." 

"Welcome to the secret hanger. Here is where we used to keep all of our vehicles." Slinky said. 

"Hop in. There's a secret place I want to bring you both to." Slinky said.

They drove to a place just outside the city and approached a hilly area and they got out. Slinky walked up to a wall and uncovered a lever that was hidden behind dense foliage and pulled it revealing a passageway in the rock.

As they entered inside the kids were astonished to see a secret base built inside a cave with all sorts of superhero gadgets and gizmos.

"You guys sure you wanna be heroes?" Slinky asked.

Kate speaks up "Yeah We're sure." 

Slinky looked at them both and said "I always knew our kids would carry on our duty of protecting the innocent." 

Theo butted in and said "We even picked out our names already! I'm named Hip and she's Thorn! Aren't they cool names?!" 

Slinky thought for a second and said "Yes those are great heroic names for the both of you. Now you just need superpowers." 

"Wait…what?" Theo said barely grasping to Slinky's last words. 

"Yes, superpowers. You probably already know that mine is being able to stretch to great lengths and Matter's can use his unbearable comedy as a weapon." 

Kate then asked, "So how do we get powers Dad?" 

Slinky walked over to a cloth that covered something big. He threw the cloth off revealing a complex machine with the letters P.C. on the side. 

"What is that?" Both of the kids asked.

Slinky with a grin said, "This is how you will get your powers."
