As night came upon her she laid in bed once again staring at the ceiling. Her eyes watered and she closed them. She took three gulps of air to calm herself. For a moment she couldn’t feel Lyssa. She sighed in relief.

A scratching sound at her window drew her attention and her eyes shot open in fear. Glowing yellow eyes peered at her in the night. She slowly got up and walked over to the window moving the curtain.

A black cat mewed at her.

She sighed in relief.

“You scared me kitty.” She opened the window and picked it up.

“Look at you, so adorable. I don’t think my mom will let me keep you though. But just for one night.” She kissed the cat on the head.

The cat transformed into Lyssa and she yelped and fell on her butt.

“You should be more careful. Vampires come in many forms.” Lyssa shut the window.

“Lyssa! You scared the hell out of me. I said I need space! What are you doing here?” Bex whisper yelled.

“I need to feed.”

“Oh.” Bex felt her face go red.

“I’ll make it quick.” She walked over to Bex.

Bex felt her heart increase as she thought of Lyssa's lips. She turned red with embarrassment at she knew Lyssa could feel what she was feeling. Still, Lyssa said noting as she tilted Bex’s head and went in to bite her.

Bex expected a deep bite. But this was another nip, a love bite. Bex felt a tingle run down her spine as Lyssa licked at the blood slowly. Almost teasing her.

“Liar.” Bex moaned in pleasure.

“I never claimed to be an honest woman.” Lyssa moved her lips up Bex’s neck to her jaw bone.

Bex made the first move, as Lyssa went in to kiss her cheek Bex moved and so their lips crashed together. Lyssa bit Bex’s lip and once again sucked the blood into her mouth. Both girls moaned softly.

Lyssa pushed Bex down onto the bed and got on top of her.

“Wait, I, I don’t know.” Bex felt scared.

“It doesn’t have to mean anything. It is just a vampire seeking comfort from a human. Nothing more.”

“Okay…” Bex easily gave in as Lyssa licked her neck some more.

“Don’t break our bond Rebecca, I have become quite fond of it.” Lyssa trialed kisses to her lips again.

They kissed softly, lyssa licking the blood from her lips.

“I don’t know if I can handle this. It’s uh… it’s too much.” She squirmed under the vampire's touch.

“You are stronger than you know. After all, not many humans can say they held their own against a vampire.” Lyssa nipped her on the ear.

“Wait but won’t this be awkward, with me in your head and you in mine.” Bex pushed her back.

“It’s only awkward if you make it so Rebecca. I find myself enjoying this very much. Last night was amazing and I haven’t felt anything like it in a very long time.” She kissed her lips once more.

“I—” Lyssa interrupted her with a kiss. “don’t know.” Bex felt her resolve wavering.

“Obey me, Rebecca,” Lyssa whispered in her ear before licking the blood that tickled there.

“Oh, screw it.” Bex grabbed Lyssa by the collar of her shirt and pulled her in and kissed her.

Lyssa moaned into the kiss.

In seconds Bex had Lyssa out of her shirt and Lyssa had Bex nearly nude once more. Bex only wore her undergarments. Lyssa peppered kisses all over her body and nipped at her skin.

“Ah, that feels good.” Bex moaned.

Lyssa moved to kiss her neck, sinking her fangs in slightly deeper to draw out more blood. The euphoric feeling quickly overtook both of them.

“Yes, Lyssa.” Bex moaned.

“Rebecca.” Lyssa moaned.

Then the lights flicked on.

Bex quickly pushed Lyssa off of her and covered herself up. Her mom stared at her in horror.

“Mom!” Bex flushed.

“So that explains it then, why you cleaned your room. You are sneaking your girlfriend into this house in the middle of the night!” Her mom shouted.

Lyssa quickly picked up her clothes and put them on.

“Mom I can explain.”

“Grounded! Do you hear me!? How dare you do things like that while we all sleep just down the hall. Have you no shame? And you!” Mrs. Cross turned her attention to Lyssa. “Out of this house this instant, as far as first impressions go this has got to be the worst.”

“My apologies Mrs. Cross,” Lyssa smirked finding amusement in the whole situation.

Bex shot her a glare.

“Out!” Her mom repeated.

“I shall see you tomorrow Rebecca.” Lyssa bowed her head before leaving out the front door.

“Mom you are so embarrassing!” Bex huffed quickly getting dressed.

“I am embarrassing! I am not the one having sex with my girlfriend on a school night! In the middle of the night while my family sleeps a door down!”

“We weren’t having sex!”

“Then why are you naked, Rebecca?”

Bex could hear her sister snickering in the hall.

“Can you just go back to bed. I think you’ve humiliated me enough for a lifetime thank you very much.”

“You think this is bad you wait until I tell your father. Grounded and I mean it.” Her mom slammed the door.

Bex ran her hands down her face in embarrassment before slamming her head into a pillow.

“Stupid Vampire!”
