Alec instantly stood to attention shouting out orders to everyone, "Quick water! Everyone get water! Is the King safe someone check on the King! Where is princess Angel? Find me Princess Ang-"

 Suddenly he stopped and all around him the soldiers burst into laughter, myself included. Alec whipped around a scowl on his face, "Princess!" He yelled, "Don't do that to me!"

"So sorry it wasn't like you were asleep and not paying attention to your commanding officer." I teased lightly. Alec tried to put on a straight face and placing a clawed hand over his heart he saluted me, "Sorry Ma'am it won't happen again Ma'-" and here he just burst hysterical laughter and pointed at my face which probably had on it an angry pout.

"Stop, quit laughing Alec You know I hate it when people acknowledge my position." I said hitting his arm.

After a few minuets, he had calmed down enough to talk to normally with, "So I'm guessing you didn't find me just to have a talk with now did you?" He asked me.

My face grew serious, "No," I said, "I came to find you because there was a skirmish at the edge of town and I'm needed as soon as possible. I would like you to come with me."

"Yes of course Lady gladly." He responded with a gleam in his eye and I smiled at him.

We walked over to the guard that had come to me in my room earlier, "Are you ready lady?" he asked.

"Yes and Alec is coming with me." I said and I motioned a servant to saddle three horses, "Alec go put on your armour."

I then turn to the guard who looked kinda nervous, "So so we know what we are getting into?" I asked him.

"Well it seems a foreigner came to town today and when he asked for directions to the castle at a bar stopped to the bartender asked why which the man responded with I don't need to tell you which pissed off the bartender who then refused the man service, therefore-"

"Let me stop you there I can pretty much guess the rest." I said sighing.

"There is something else Lady." the guard said.

"Yes? What is it?" I asked.

"They say that the man had red eyes." He whispered for me alone to hear.
