“I did not want for you to suffer at all, I was saying that my coloured life was never enough without you” I looked  into her eyes for reassuring “What am trying to say is you are the light to my darkness, you’re the colours to my greyness, the soul to my heart. And I would be more than honoured if you are to become my wife” I was holding our ring.

“Oh, of course darling, Yes and a million time yes” I stood and she threw her arms around me and embraced me as I carried her and spun.

“I came her only for you not for father or anything else.” She whispered. “You told me I gave your life meaning but in truth you gave my life a life.” 

She teared and I held her head in my hand and dried her tears. I kissed her forehead, Cheeks, Mouth then I hugged her feeling her heart on my heart, her lips on my neck ,her hands around me until they weren’t around me as her body became heavier and she fell into my arms she is no longer aware.

“Leila………..Honey……..Leila” She fainted but this time she looked barley breathing.

She was transferred to the hospital and soon I found two enforcers who stood by her room. They said she was under arrest for violating her prohibition and that her father’s trial was tomorrow.

I told them that I was here friend and she came to visit and I got my old blue identity and was able to escort her in blue until the trial. I spoke to her doctor.

- Doctor please tell what happened to her? She was ok right before she fainted.

- Did she exert any effort lately, did she do anything extra ordinary?

- We attended a wedding this week and you know how weddings are.

- That might explain it. She suffered from Vasodilatation, bradycardia and hypotension from exhaustion and malnutrition lead to decreased blood flow to the brain and eventually she fainted. Don’t worry she will be fine, she just need to rest.

The officers allowed my presence but I was only to escort her until the trial they said. There was no law to prevent my travel to blue as long as am not going to work there. I had assets with my old name so I had the right to go there without permits.

“O..ld..rick” she managed to say my name. I looked at her half in anguish half in happiness “Darling don’t you ever do this to me again” I said holding her hand. She looked exhausted, her lips lost its colour and her face was yellowish white. “I…A..m” she started talking. “Shh…. Stop talking you are tired, just rest and we will have time to talk later” I said as I kissed her hand.

She soon fell asleep again. The doctors said that she will be perfectly fine after she rests for a couple of days and that she will be able to attend the trial.

I am going back to Blue.
