The story began when the main character (MC), was walking back home from his late-night shift at the convenience store when he heard some strange sounds in a dark alleyway. Feeling curious, MC decided to check out the source of the voice and found a wounded man. The stranger is currently lying on the cold hard ground as blood covered all over his body. And the stranger hands are currently pressing against the wound to keep himself from losing blood as he hiss in pain. At first the MC just stand there in shock, frozen by the frightening sight he is seeing before quickly regain his composure. Quickly, he rushes toward the man to help him out.

The neighborhood around here has always been infamous for gang activities as most people here are poor and defenseless. So many got targeted just because they look easy in the eyes or has debt with one of loan shark. 

(Loan shark are people who you can borrow money from but you are required to return it back with interest. Most of these people are bad guys and sometimes involved in illegal activities)

It is stated in the news that if someone failed to pay back the money they borrowed; the loan shark will pay the gang to chase the person down. Forcing those victims to sign a contract and later sell their organs at the black market. Just so they could earn the amount that they have lost. In MC thoughts, it is natural to believe that the person bleeding before him is one of the victims.

“Let me help you.” Even though he knew there will be consequences of helping these people, but he just can’t bear to see when someone is hurt.

Later on, the MC will bring this stranger to his home and nurse him back to health. During those periods of times, he has been nothing more than kind. Even though the stranger was at first unwilling to accept his kindness, the MC still cooks his porridge and replace his bandage from time to time. Unknown to him, those action has made the stranger slowly growing attraction towards him. Which later turns to a possessive behavior that wants the MC all for himself. It is later in few chapters when the reader learned that the patient is the main villain (MV) of the story.

During the days the MV is being nurse in the MC house, MC met another guy which is the male lead (ML). ML is also a nice person who always help people which made MC fell in love with him. When MV learns that MC heart has been taken by another person, his jealousy starts to grow. As soon his wound is healed, MV kidnap MC and brought him to his home and lock him inside the basement. Then MV did everything he can to made the MC fell in love with him but the MC is too scared to have such feelings for his kidnapper.

As it turns out, the reason he found MV was hurt that day wasn’t because of the action of a gang. Turns out MV has created an enemy with a huge corporation so a spy from his inside job tries to kill him when he was caught off guard. Since that day, MV can’t trust any of his companions anymore except for MC who had saved his life. Going against the order of his own boss just so he could keep MC by his side but the MC has never wanted to be with him. Nor join his underground group. On the day MC got transported to another city, MC uses that chance to escape.

Later the story tells about MV story, about him being known as the ‘Reaper’. As he had killed countless of people in his hands, too many too count which earns him the title. His famous killing is the grand ball massacre when he exploded the place. Letting many men and women to die in the huge explosion that can be seen from afar. This is a sign of a warning for whoever dare to go against him. The citizens fear him while those in the shadows admires him. MV is after all the strongest and most horrible man in the world. There is a rumor that he is taken under his boss wing when he is still a toddler, which explains how is he so used to death.

After learning the MC has escaped, MV gone wild and starts killing anyone who is responsible letting the MC go. While the MC tries to find some help and contact ML (male lead) to helps him. Of course, ML accepted his request. They both go to the police station together to report about MV and his whereabouts.. They also ask for MC protection in case those people come to try to take him away again. But the police turns a blind eye on the case since the police knows how dangerous it is to be involved. Later, he betrays the MC and ML by informing the MV about their location instead. Seeing the police suspicious action when making a call, MC and ML run away from the place and choose to go on a hiding.

Going into the hiding has not been easy for both as they lack the money and power. Plus, they aren’t used to being homeless. So, MC tells ML to go back to his ordinary life. It is unfair after all to drag ML to suffer together with him. To his surprise, ML decided to stay with him as he also starts to harbor feelings for the MC. Together, they go thick and thin. Making connections there and here, using any means to survive. But in the end of the story, MV finally caught up to them them and kill off ML. Before he pulls the trigger to shoot off MC, he asks.

“Do you ever love me?”

Seeing that ML is dead, MC no longer has any more attachment to live in this world anymore.

“No.”

And then he dies on the spot before MV shot himself.
