Filly flipped through some pages and smiled.

“The shield of fairy light.” Filly announced. Lo sighed.

“God, it’s already too whimsical sounding for me.” Lo complained. She saw a chair and tried to sit, but the dress was simply too large to fit. She silently and angrily tried to sit in the background. Filly flipped to a picture of small fairies.

“Legend says, fairies used to freely roam the earth, before humans ruined it. They loved practical jokes, but we're mostly good spirited creatures among the lands. They had very few fears. Metal, and darkness. They defended against the darkness with a magical spell. It requires many ingredients, but would only fully work if the caster was either A. be a fairy, or B. be romantically involved with a fairy.” filly paraphrased from the book. She looked up to a bewildered Haru.

“Yeah okay, and where will you find a fairy to cast it!?” Haru asked doubtful.Filly stretched back.

“Uh yeah, they kind of hid away from human contact.” Maribelle added.

“Well. I found an ancient Fairy spring not far from here. There was a door with a demonic rune blocking entry. I believe there are fairies there.” Filly said.

“Uh well...You can take puyru to investigate ...But Haru and I will stay back and ready the troops.” Maribelle said.

“Of course, I wouldn't expect royality to come along.” Filly said Lo threw her hand up.

“I’m coming.” Lo yelled. Maribelle looked shocked.

“I uh, what?” She said. Lo stepped forward, her large fluffy dress bounced with each step, mesmerizingly pink.

“I need out of this stupid castle. I’ll back. I’m not some damn princess, I can get by without dying.” She said rather rudely. As she did small little pin flowers decorated her flowing blonde hair. Filly couldn’t help but discreetly smirk.

“Ugh...fine...only because I feel slightly bad about basically kidnapping you.” maribelle hummed. Lo glared but sighed and walked to Filly.

“We going or what?” She sighed. Filly brushed her pink hair and nodded.

“Just waiting for Puyru.” She said.

“I’m here.” Puyru said from behind everyone. Everyone jumped and turned to her.

“Ah! How long have you been here!?” Haru yelled. Puyru shrugged with a malicious smirk.
