Axle gulped and slowly nodded, he had to get over this stupid fear. Axle turned, so his back faced Sarah and took off his shirt, revealing the scars crisscrossing all over his back. Nick smiled sadly and placed his hand on Axle's shoulder, making him jump. Axle tried to keep his hands from shaking by clasping them tightly, he didn't know if Nick noticed this or not. Sarah nodded,

"Thank you Axle we now have plenty of evidence, are you going to be okay in a courtroom with those people?"

Axle pulled his shirt back on

"I don't know ma'am."

Sarah smiled at Nick,

"Aww he's so sweet, he called me ma'am."

Sarah focused back onto Axle,

"You won't have to do it immediately, maybe in a day, if they're arrested today, what do you want to do kid?"

Axle shrugged,

"All I know is I don't want to go back there."

Sarah nodded and looked to Nick,

"Why don't you take Axle to your place, send me the video, we'll head over tonight."

Nick nodded and stood up grabbing his stuff, Axle scrambled to put his backpack on. Nick snickered and ruffled his hair,

"C' mon bud, let's go."

Axle nodded and followed but before he left he looked at Sarah,

"Don't listen to anything they say, that's how they've gotten out of it before."

Sarah nodded grimly,

"Don't worry kiddo, we've got this."

Axle smiled faintly and followed Nick out the door back to the bus stop. Axle sat next to the window on the bus with Nick next to him. After sitting for a little while Axle felt his head begin to sink as his eyes closed. He faintly could feel landing on something but he wasn't sure what it was. Luckily he didn't have any dreams. When he woke up he realized his head was on Nick's lap. Axle quickly sat up startling Nick in the process,

"Woah! Buddy hey, did you sleep well?"

Axle nodded, he was still embarrassed though. Nick smiled and ruffled Axle's hair. The driver announced the next stop and Nick nodded,

"That'll be our stop."

Axle nodded and fidgeted with his fingers,

"Thanks for letting me stay with you, I owe you big time."

Nick scoffed and waved off the comment,

"Of course! You're my friend!"

Axle smiled, he liked being Nick's friend. Nick stood up with Axle and they walked off the bus. Axle followed Nick into an apartment complex, they went up to the third floor and went to the fifth door. Nick took out a keychain with the planet Neptune dangling off it, he unlocked his door and showed Axle inside.

"It isn't much but I like it, you can sleep in my room I'll take the couch."

Axle looked sharply at Nick,

"Nuh-uh. I'll take the couch, this is your apartment."

Nick started to protest but Axle plugged his ears,

"La la la, I can't hear youuuu."

Nick laughed and tried to pry Axle's hands away from his ears but was unsuccessful. Nick tickled Axle's sides making him laugh, dropping his hands as he tried to escape from Nick. They fell onto the floor as Nick kept tickling him,

"Ni-hahaha Nick! Let me haha *wheeze* go! Have mercy! Haha!"

Nick slumped on top of Axle,

"Mua haha, now you can't escape."

Axle giggled trying to wiggle out from under Nick. Eventually, Nick had mercy and let Axle up who was still wheezing from being tickled, Nick helped him to his feet. Axle stretched and yawned, Nick giggled,

"You can go to sleep in my room if you want to take a nap."

Axle shook his head tiredly and collapsed onto the couch almost instantly falling asleep
