My heart felt as thought it stopped, my brain brushed, my chest crushed, mind mushed, drowned, frowned. I began to walk as though a drunken fool, but clearly hurting.
Dropping to the ground I murmured, 'Mrs Burton, wake up'. Before the eradicated corpse, unable to accept my eyes, I couldn't close them. Still in a faze of shock, my stomach turned and swirled in disgust.
'Mrs...stop joking, it's not funny', I shook her, like a child with her play doll. With her cold and wet carcass, soaked in a river of blood...there was no denying that she was far gone and beyond reach. Not thinking straight, I picked myself back up, crying and screaming and crying and...
A huge presence had arrived like a hellish death, my mouth shut and eyes widened. In front of me was a black silhouette with red, glowing demonic eyes. I raised both my hands to the sides of my cheeks as I screamed setting a vibration to my every being. My heart was inflamed, spreading a blue fire throughout my body. For a moment, it was like time had escaped my grasp. Something flew over my head and covered my sight. I could only see a black shade of red, as if it was trying to protect me from the terror of my vision.
My other senses were however functional, so I could smell a burning bush of roses beside me, hear the breath of a living being's, heart racing, pulse chasing and feel a lonely, gentle thorn brush into me. My flames suddenly extinguished and I was engulfed. Now a prisoner to the red night, the entirety of my soul was embraced and lips trapped in a knotted kiss which felt to me like electricity. An Image of young man with a long and gleaming rod grinning flashed through my head like a light bulb.
