We have failed 

That is the truth

We have failed the good

And praised the evil for there deeds

We lost hope

That is the truth

Hope vanished with love

All that is left are heartbroken souls

Who are slaves to those who broke them

We have lost feelings

That is the truth

We treat others with haste 

And expect kindness as a reward

We have failed ourselves 

That is the truth

We lie to ourselves and others

Without remorse

The truth is really not truthful            

That is the truth                                                                   

What others perceive is what they call the truth

So what is the truth? 

Is it mine or yours?
