It was a bit hard adapting. Marv no longer had the company from his family and friends at the zoo, so he was more lonely now. I hadn’t lived with anyone for many years, so having to share my space with someone took some adjusting as well.

In order to not leave Marv alone for big lengths of time, I applied for a remote position at my workplace.

Getting to spend the whole day with Marv was truly a blessing but it took some adjusting as well. This way I would be home to prepare all the meals and get to cuddle in between assignments.
