Beatty, Nevada. An intriguing yet common argument is currently taking place between a disgruntled employee and an unsatisfied customer.
A man and a woman shout at each other in the parking lot of a motel. Even without hearing the content of their heated exchange, it isn’t beyond any patron to naturally assume that the woman is apoplectic over the lack of payment for the service(s) she delivered to this client. Her off-seasonal short skirt, corresponding high-heels, and cheap, out-of-place, fur-coat, are the elements that help profile the type of women known for visiting this motel around this time of night. People who are either awakened, entertained, or concerned by the commotion happening outside, begin to open their curtains and crack their motel doors to get a peek at some of the action unfolding on the other side of their rooms.
Even on the eastern side of the second floor of this two-story establishment, every single occupant either opens their door or gaze through their windows to watch the feud unfold between the couple––all except for room twelve. The occupant inside of room twelve is currently preoccupied with some activity of his own.
