I watch her walk over to it as I nod what am I going to do with her I think as I watch her I can't just leave her… maybe… Jasmine. I nod. She lays on the bed as her bangs cover her face, seeing more old scars on her legs and markings of a shackle like marks on her ankles.
I shake my head as I rub my wrists.
When the sun rises, I see her eyes slowly open; having the same look of sadness in them as she sits up slowly. I tilt my head as I look at her. She rubs one of her eyes as she hums softly before she blinks; confusion was written on her face before she looks at me. She blinks rapidly before she gives me what seems like a slight smile. I grin as I look at her, “What all did you bring?
She hums before she sits on the edge of the bed, looking at her bag as she puts her hands out for it. I watch her as I sigh walking over grabbing the bag.
She rubs her eyes again before tucking her bangs behind her ear. I open the bag before looking inside, seeing a change of clothes and wraps before I see something glitter under the wraps. I look up at her before reaching down to grab it.
She stands, wobbling slightly before she comes over as I see a silver band with engravings on it; the engraving swirls. I put it back as I nod “alright”
She tilts her head before yawning.
“Not a morning person?” I ask as I chuckle. She shakes her head as she steps forward, her face in my stomach as she gives a slow whine. I look down at her surprised before patting her on the head. She flinches slightly as she looks up at me.
I look at her as I raise an eyebrow.
“N-not used t-to it,” she says softly, looking away, “S-sorry,”
I sigh “get ready to leave”
She hums as she takes her bag from me.
I nod as I turn, my tail swaying behind me as I head to the door. I open the door the chill morning air hitting me as I walk outside the sun rising in the distance. I soon hear the door open as I see her hurry after me. I look at her as I put my hands in my pockets.
She hums as she looks up at me. I look at her and begin I walk. She looks down as she bites her lip. I pat her on the head “your going to meet someone soon”.
She flinches slightly as she looks up at him, “I-I am?”
I nod and walk before stoping as I grab a piece of charcoal out of my pocket and crouch, I pick up a stone and a leaf then go over to a clear spot and make the summoning circle for Jasmine placing the stone in the middle and the leaf on top. I back away as I wait standing next to Sage.
Leaves swirl before I see Jasmine materialize, “Yes child? What do you wish me to help you this time? I’m not burying a person like last time,” I chuckle as I put my hands on Sage's shoulders moving her in front of me.
She tenses as Jasmine looks at her, “Oh dear,” she says, tilting her head, “I’m not burying her alive am I?” she questions. I shake my head “this is Sage, a client” I say slowly
She blinks then nods, “Alright, what do you need me for? She looks horrid, comes here,” she says as Sage looks up at me.
“Go on,” I say nudging her forward.
She nods, dipping her head as she slowly heads over to Jasmine. Jasmine tilts her head and tips Sage’s head up, “What happened to you child?” she asks as Sage tenses, “U-Uhm,” I turn to walk away. “I got work to do.”
“Uh, just gonna leave me here with the girl?”
I nod as I walk, “Yep”
She scoffs then sighs, “Alright, well, let's go then,” she says as I sense uncertainty from Sage before hearing her soft footsteps.
