"I don't know Brittany seemed pretty upset with me..." Sean mutters looking upset. "Who cares? She's the worst anyways." Evan says with a shrug. "I guess we could still go out," Sean says shyly. "Alright there's a new cafe nearby I think you'll like it. How about we go there?" Evan asks as he stuffs his hands in his pockets. "Yeah, that sounds nice," Sean says with a smile. "Alright, I'll drive!" Evan says as he pulls keys out of his pocket. "You don't have too..." Sean says averting his gaze. "I want to though," Evan says kindly. "Fine..." Sean sighs. "Alright! Let's go!" Evan says happily.

At the cafe...

"So what do you like to do on the weekends regularly?" Evan asks as he sips on hot chocolate. "It depends really..." Sean says. "On what?" Evan asks. Sean shrugs and takes a sip of his tea. "Not quite an answer is that?" Evan says as he raises an eyebrow. "Sorry..." Sean mutters. "No! It's fine I was just wondering." Evan says quickly. "Sean?" a man asks from behind Sean. "Ace!" Sean says as he jumps to his feet and hugs Ace. "Whoa. Be gentle I'm still a bit sore." Ace says with a small wince. "Sorry, I'm just happy to see you!" Sean says as he lets Ace go. "Who's this?" Ace asks as he sits at the table. "Oh! This is my new friend Evan Hunt." Sean says as he gestures to Evan. "Ace Sparks." Ace says coldly as he reaches out to shake Evan's hand. "Nice to meet you." Evan practically snarls as he shakes Ace's hand. "Is something wrong?" Sean asks as he looks between Evan and Ace. "Nothing Sean," Evan says sweetly as he lets go of Ace's hand. "Are you sure?" Sean asks. "Yes, we're fine." Ace says with an eerie smile. "So where were we?" Evan asks turning back to Sean his eyes flashing gold for a second.

After lunch...

"Excuse me Evan but can we talk outside?" Ace asks emphasizing his name. "Of course," Evan says as he gets to his feet. "We'll be right back." Ace says as he gets to his feet and leads Evan outside and out of view. "That was too strange... I need to know what's going on." Sean thinks as he gets up and leaves money on the table before following the two outside quietly. "You have a lot of nerve showing your face around here." Ace snarls as he paces in front of a very bored looking Evan. "Whatever you say," Evan says barely stifling a yawn. "Don't you dare disrespect me!" Ace snarls. "I'm not just don't care," Evan says with a shrug his gaze wandering about the alleyway. "Stay away from him." Ace snarls showing off pointed fangs. "Or what?" Evan says in a mocking tone. "My brethren and I will hunt you down and kill you." Ace smirks. "I don't doubt you'll try either way," Evan says his eyes turning gold with cat-like pupils. "You're right but if you leave now you might have more of a chance." Ace says as he crosses his arms. "I'm more concerned about Sean around you," Evan says completely ignoring the threat. "What!?" Ace shouts. "You and your kind will kill him and every other human." Evan snarls. "You don't care about humans! Besides, I'll tell Sean what you are you abomination." Ace says with a devious grin on his face. "That'll lead to some questions about how you know. That's just in the scenario that he even believes a word you say." Evan says with a triumphant look. Ace looks away biting his lip. "Exactly. He'll treat you just the same as myself if he finds out about your... abnormality."  Evan says as he shows off sharp teeth. "You're right..." Ace mutters looking distraught. "Besides you know the vow my kind took. How could I ever hurt him?" Evan asks looking aggressive. "How about this? Neither of us tells until we find something out. Deal?" Ace practically spits. "Deal," Evan says with a smirk. "Let's go back to Sean he's probably worried." Ace says returning to his collected self. "Agreed," Evan says. Sean goes and waits by the door looking as nonchalant as he could. "Sean? Why aren't you inside?" Evan asks as he rounds the corner. "I already paid the bill and I was getting tired so I decided to wait out here for you guys," Sean says with a shrug. "Sorry, we took so long. Why don't we head back to school?" Evan offers. "Sure. See you later Ace." Sean says as he waves at Ace before following Evan to his car.

At Sean's dorm...

"Sean. I think you're admirer delivered on his promise of flowers..." Theo says as he gestures to about 5 white roses. "He even sent a note," Theo adds as he hands Sean a small note.
